Nice place to buy this concept of jewelry, where you can be adding different charms to a bracelet among other options.

Products look good, nice variety of charms and service was really good (at the beginning, while doing the sale).

There is a downside to this, which was the bracelet was longer than we needed it, so the service was requested to remove a couple of links, while some of the charms were soldered to it as well.

For our surprise, we did not find the links removed in our box. We noticed this a day or two after and after calling to ask about them, we were told that they were only returned if we requested them. What the business does is they end up gaining free bracelets after removing links from their own customers who already paid for them.

One should not need to ask for their goods to be returned to you after this is your property, we had already paid for them.

When contacting them by phone, the options they provided were not useful, and until this moment (two weeks later) we have not been returned our call...

I will be never step foot in the James Avery in Shops of highland village again. I will not mention the ladies names ( but I was there at 7:45 pm May 28th Tuesday) . I knew exactly what I wanted. Show there was no selling for This Lady to do! She was so unfriendly and annoyed I walked in the store at 7:45. She would not look at me and only spoke what she had to say! I did ask her a question and she let me know that she was annoyed and she said something to appease me. Once again never looked at me. Long story short!!! With my 50 plus years of retail management experience I would have said something to the affect of Oh it’s our pleasure to help you as you chose a very important gift . I was gifted some JA earrings for Christmas that broke and brought them into the Highland Village location for repairs. They told me they needed to send them in to be fixed but we could come pick them up in 10 days. My husband and I were only visiting TX for the week, we told them this and they said they would ship my earrings to me when they were repaired. They did the process so smoothly, I am so happy with them. I received an email telling me items were being shipped and got my earrings back in about a week of dropping them off, the earrings were perfect and looked brand new, and they wrapped it up in the box and included the newest catalogue.
