I went to Jason‘s deli the first time I’ve ever been to any Jasons deli so I tried the Ruben with just mayonnaise but everything else to come with it it was delicious the best I ever had however the first time I had quite a bit of a big order we were ordering for for children and for adults they forgot one of my grandchildren‘s grilled cheese sandwich when I got home I called the manager and explained I’m pretty far away and I’m on my way to work I think her name was Estella however she was very nice and understanding and I told her I had the receipt in my hand and I paid for it so she told me I can come in tomorrow if I like any time in her shift and she will replace the order for me that was missing so the next day I came in and I will not lie the Reuben sandwich was so delicious I told my fiancé he ordered one as well so then my daughter said she wanted one as well so we had three proven sandwich and a grilled cheese child’s menu order from the day before they are very generous and the child’s portion do you average Price for the children’s menus between four and five dollars but you get a very big amount for a little child under 10 I would say it would be actually two meals the meatballs and spaghetti was so big they’re both my grandsons they had it for dinner and they had it the other half for lunch the next day all the food looks fresh it’s very delicious and I would recommend this place to anyone and I just want to give a big shout out to the manager I hope I’m saying her name right I believe it was a Estella thank you and we will be back a little bit pricey but we will be back!! I don’t know why out of all the reviews I have I do not know why I did not take a picture of our meals but trust me they are all delicious and if you have toddlers I would suggest to get one meal and split it if you have to OK. Also I forgot to mention my other daughter had the adults menu turkey wrap delicious with a cuddle in there and all the works!! So really there was for children’s meals and for adults meals we were all satisfied with our meals here great job Jasons deli!!...
Read moreOrdered food on Wednesday the meat just didn’t seem fresh so I called the store and asked manager for a refund or substitute. But before I even speak on that. Let’s talk about the wait time. Every time I come to this specific location it takes DECADES to get my food like what are you guys doing this is Jason’s deli not TGI Fridays or something what is taking so long … they don’t even have real food on the menu fr so what’s the hold up. Back to my order though so I called in to let them know about the food so the manager claimed he wrote my name down for a free entree. I went back Thursday to pick up my replacement order. Once there i was sitting in drive thru over 30 mins. Once I got to window my name was never written down so they tried to charge me so I told them no my name should be written down somewhere like the manager said it would when I spoke with him over the phone so after that he asked me to pull up to the mailbox and he was gonna call manager to see about me getting a new order (which was an inconvenience because why didn’t you write down my name like you said). I had already waited in line over 30 mins. Then u want me to sit here and wait again. I showed him my call Log cause he was looking like he didn’t believe me. Moral of story I shouldn’t have had to do all that. The food is never really that good anyway and too expensive to be getting little portion like why is it $12 for a croissant that doesn’t come with chips or a drink! I can just go to store and buy my own ingredients at this point. But the guy finally came out and gave me my replacement food. Let me not forget one more thing Wednesday the day I purchase the food one of the cashiers gave me back the wrong change ( the light skin girl with the pony tail braids) i had to tell her she left off $1 idk how you make a mistake like that but please train...
Read moreEvery experience I have had here has been met with rudeness and nastiness from the workers. I went to a Jason's Deli close to my work to order a few potatoes. As I got closer to home here in Douglasville, I realized that they neglected to give me butter, so I stopped in here. I brought my food in with the receipt to prove that I purchased it from another Jason's Deli and just simply needed some butter.
I was met with a very nasty Hispanic woman who started screaming at me demanding that I pay----for BUTTER ----for potatoes priced at close to $12.00 each which I PURCHASED.
Seriously, I was shocked at the rudeness. If food priced this high is going to be nasty JUST because you ask for condiments, it's time to eat elsewhere.
Jason's food is good, but the nastiness is making it no longer worth it for me. Attitude and ugliness for BUTTER after shelling out $25.00 for 2 potatoes is not acceptable.
Because of this un-necessary drama queen, I just went down the street to Kroger and got some nice garlic and herb flavored butter, but should not have had to do that since I PAID for my potatoes at Jason's Deli and it SHOULD have come with EVERYTHING I needed to enjoy my meal.
This food is too expensive for them to be getting ugly just because you ask for some BUTTER.
These workers HATE it here and it SHOWS ! That is HORRIBLE...
