I am a person who looks for quality service sometimes over product satisfaction as they can likely be returned. Yet if I don’t get good customer service I’m likely not to return.
Today Wilson serviced me in the Geek Squad Department. He was polite, as well as helpful. Although, my laptop was not able to be repaired, he’s still opened it back up to show me what I asked to see.
He then gave me recommendations of others who may possibly assist me. I am grateful for the time he took. Yes this is his job, but I’m a firm believer to give credit to whom it’s due. This is only my second time needing to get my laptop serviced, and I was very nervous - I even posted my thoughts to the GeekSquad subreddit because I wanted to make sure that I wasn't being insane for being so worried. They (Christopher and a helper) came in and refused to do the install.
