Recently, my brother had his 8th birthday party at this establishment. He is on the spectrum and so are most of his friends.
Overall, if I could give them 0 stars, I would because they are rude and unorganized, their food is nasty and they have too many unnecessary fees for people who are already paying almost $300 just to sit at a table because they didn’t provide the cake, balloons, or anything that they were supposed to provide for the party package!
First problem: The food was cold and nasty. We order 3 pizzas, boneless wings, and fries. The pizza gave my dad and I the runs, as well as two other guests( we are all not lactose intolerant), the boneless wings were dry and tasted old, and the fries had good seasoning but were cold upon arrival as if they were sitting out.
Second Problem: The staff lacked warmth and made scrunched up faces towards the my brother and his other friends who are all, again, on the spectrum. Fifteen minutes before our party even ended, we were rushed from the table. The staff threw away our cake carrier box, knowing the we had a 12 by 9 cake out in the middle of the table and moved our belongings while we were taking group photos.
Third Problem: The people who booked the party should be able to choose when Chucky comes out to sing Happy Birthday. Chucky came out randomly, without any real allocated time so all the party guests were all scattered across the facility and my brother was in the bathroom so he didn’t even get to be there for it!
Fourth Problem: Why are we paying $2.59 for one extra paper cup? All birthday packages should come with at least 6 extra cups for parents and siblings, not just the plastic Chuck e Cheese ones. Everybody was thirsty and we ended up spending like $20 extra dollars to get...

Although our family visiting from out of state said it seemed like there were less games than they were used to seeing in other chuckee cheeses and I agree it seemed like they had less than we typically experience but it wasn't a huge deal. The problems were all around the very expensive food. We always get food when we go to any chuckee cheese location. We NEVER have problems. At this location our pizza was a touch shy of being fully cooked. We paid for a family upgrade but it didn't really appear much bigger if at all than a regular large pizza. The app sampler was the biggest problem. A tiny cheesy bread. Soggy under cooked fries. And 3 pieces of small chicken nuggets (boneless wings) and 1 crusty breading chunk that had no chicken in it. Not only were there only 3 actual pieces of (surprisingly small) chicken but we were told there would be at least 5-6. Then a member of our party who wanted wings asked about the $17 wings on the menu and was told there's only 5-6 wings in an order. We were BAFFLED. We came to this location because 2 kids had birthdays and it was part of their celebration. This location was close so we gave it a try. Over all I would NOT recommend this location if youre lookingnto eat. ONLY if the kids are playing games. If you want to do food at all definitely try a different location or go somewhere else altogether. It was a huge waste of money and a few people left feeling sick after eating too. Pictured is the sampler tray as we...
Read moreI brought my daughter for her school fundraiser. After spending almost $70.00 (broken up between 2 receipts) I went with her grandmother to the salad bar, only to find the lettuce bowl full of scraps. I was told more was coming, so I went to fill my daughter's drink cup with sweet tea. Much to my amazement, it was full of only water! So as I waited for the salad that did not come for 10 minutes, I inquired who the manager was. Apparently, the slender elderly gentleman named Amil was the manager. I expressed my concerns about having to pay $7.50 for each Salad and almost $70.00 to only find that there was crumbs for a salad and water for sweet tea. His reply was "well when 30 people come in at once, I can't control anything". First off, there was NOT 30 people coming in at one time. So my reply was "if you knew that a fundraiser was going to be today, why wouldn't you have been better prepared and better staffed". His response to me was (after he saw my work shirt) "I bet I would have to wait if I came to your business"! REALLY?!?!!? Is that the kind of reply a manager gives a guest who just spent their hard earned money at your establishment???? Is that the kind of customer service that is expected at Chuck E Cheese?!?!? I am in the customer service industry and just as I stated to Mr. Amil.... ALL of my customers get treated like V.I.P. This is DEFINITELY the absolute WORST experience at Chuck E Cheese that I have...
