I was in the mall and decided I would take a rest on a bench and people watch. In order to do that I needed a snack. I don't visit the mall too often. I walked in Auntie Annie's because I had not had their food in years and because it smelled so good. I decided to buy a cup of pretzel bites and some lemonade. It was a quick purchase. I was fascinated with how they make the pretzels in the front of the store. The pretzel bites were nice and buttery. It brought back good memories.

RUDE staff , got a pizza pretzel asked the staff for a more golden (cooked more) one because the one that they were giving me was very pale ..it took them about 10 mins to give me the pretzel . When I asked at about 5 mins in a girl that was working there said "they wanted it more cooked so they are gonna have to wait" .. and kept going about it. I'm sorry but if the pretzel doesnt look how it normally does ... I expect for the staff to work with me instead of giving...

Smh.Where are all of the Older ,Much Better Workers that they had in the past..My past few weeks experience has not been good at all.Thr Pretzels have been not fresh at all.I have not been able to see or have any 🧈 on them,let alone them being so to the touch.

ANYONE who has ever paid for a 🥨 would agree with me that it is aittle on the expensive side, Costly.So if we are paying for our Food or Drink,we want it to be Fresh.I hope that it changes,back to the...
