Cinnabon — Restaurant in Dover

I called to ask a few questions. First question was are the cinnabons made on the truck and the answer was yes. The second question was why do they have a truck instead of a physical location? And instead of the individual saying I'm not sure or they just wanted to have something for the area the person got smart they said why are you asking me these questions who are you I'm not answering I'm not going to give you my name. I said why would you speak to someone like that that's terrible you should be ashamed of yourself and they hung up the phone on me. It was terrible customer service absolutely ridiculous it was a very simple question and it could have just been a simple answer I'm going to assume it was an employee that I spoke to for all I know it was the owner of the truck I'm not sure but you all should be ashamed of yourself and this location...

I'm not sure why I had high expectations considering it's a food truck..but after giving 2 chances I've learned my lesson. They either give you stale food or don't have what you order and just put anything in your bag. I'm highly disappointed. Not to mention they over charge if you don't pay...
