PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET YOUR IPAD SCREEN REPAIRED!!!! I came and spoke with Claude, and was told about the Home+ program which honestly unnecessary for my claim. (Thatās another story) I was told my screen would be fixed same day, and when I came to pick up my device, the home button was broke. Claude seemed very confused and acted like he didnāt know what happened and told me he would take another look and fix it for me. I called back the following day and was told that he was still trying to āfind a solutionā and would get back to me. The day after that, I was told that they figured out what the problem was and it was fixed⦠they were just heating the iPad up to seal it shut. I get to the store to pick up my device and Claude comes out and asks me if I wanted a DIFFERENT COLOR HOME BUTTON. Why would I want a different color home button when i sent in my iPad with no damage to the button in the first place!!!!!??? I also didnāt understand why he thought i would want a DIFFERENT COLOR to make my iPad look dumb when the goal was to get it back looking brand new⦠I declined that horrible offer and demanded a refund. I was provided with one, along with a return of my original cracked screen⦠but now my iPad is completely damaged. The screen is damaged so bad it tries to put in my password for me and locks itself out after too many failed attempts. (See attached photo) they kept asking for my passcode as well which i thought was weird cause what is the purpose? Weāre just fixing the screen, but whatever. Yeah, good customer service i guess with them ācaring to fixā devices, but horrible with getting the job done. There was even a customer after me coming in with a Nintendo switch button being broke after having it in the shop getting āfixedā⦠smh. They need better specialists in fixing apple devices... Ā Ā Ā Read moreI didn't get to actually use uBreakiFix, but I wanted to share a positive experience I had. I bought my son a Galaxy A9+ tablet for his birthday on 8-April on Amazon. It started having issues with the screen not responding to touch at all JUST after the 30 day Amazon return window closed (of course), so I couldn't return/exchange with Amazon. So, knowing it was still under the 1 year warranty with Samsung, I reached out to them on SEVERAL different occasions via their chat support and on the phone. I was told to "just go ahead and take it to uBreakiFix" and was even given the address. They told me it would be covered under warranty there. I took it in and spoke with Claude, who could've taken the tablet, and repaired it and charged me $x for it. But, he kindly suggested to have Samsung file the claim/schedule the appointment so that it would be covered under the warranty and wouldn't cost me out of pocket. He even stated that with it being so new, he'd recommend Samsung send me a new one all together. So, I was disappointed, but appreciative that Claude did that. Fast forward a day later - I called Samsung AGAIN and they told me they couldn't schedule this appointment for me and so I offered to call Claude at uBreakiFix so that they could speak about the issue. Claude agreed to speak with Samsung, he told them the issue and recommended a replacement. He didn't have to do this, and even stayed on the line for a few minutes. His help and patience is greatly appreciated. And although I didn't get the result I wanted (yet), I am very grateful for Claude's help and will DEFINITELY return to see him if the need arises for me to do so again. Thank...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhere do I begin, I was visiting from out of town and I dropped my phone and broke my screen. I found this location online, I am greeted by Claude after showing him my phone he tries his best to assist me so I won't have to pay so much money to get it repaired, because I don't have insurance on the phone. He did everything humanely possible so I wouldn't get hit with such a huge repair price, unfortunately after multiple suggestions and attempts none were successful. I needed my phone so I told him to fix it and I'll pay, after checking in the back he realized that they didn't have my screen. He said he'd have to go to another location to get it which was 45 minutes away. I told him please don't that's just too much. He said you need it so I am going to get it I want you as my customer to leave here happy . I almost started to cry it's been so long since I've had such a caring and genuine encounter. Long story short he did as he said made the long drive there and back fixed my phone and returned it to me the same day. I have never in my life received such amazing service, the staff was very friendly, but Claude was personable, extremely understanding, he genuinely cared which was so so refreshing. I was extremely stressed not having my phone and not being home. Thank you so so so much Asurion and especially Claude he made an already stressful day less stressful. I am still filled with so much appreciation to Claude for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me Thank You So so so much....
