Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dover

VERY disappointed in the service I recieved the other night from this branch. I normally order from the Durham Dominoes, but for some reason their systems, both phone and online, were down for the night. My roommate and I decided to order from the Dover location instead. We did this via web. We placed our order, the transaction went through (charged my credit card and got our order confirmation email as well) and then we waited. It said our pizza was out for delivery for an HOUR AND A HALF. We started to get annoyed so we decided to call to see what was up. The extremely rude man who picked up gave me nothing but attitude and sass. He said "There is no way you placed this order, because the Dover Dominoes doesn't even deliver your location". So I said "Why did it go through online then? Why did it still charge me? Why did I get a confirmation email? And why was it saying our pizza was on its way?" He just denied everything, saying "We're all experienced workers here, there is no way someone would have allowed that order to go through knowing your location is so far away" (which isn't even far away, we're ten minutes away!) He just continued to deny everything and speak to me rudely. I don't know if he thought i was lying to get a free pizza or something? But I had all the proof; the confirmation email, the charge on my credit card, and on my dominoes account it said my pizza was currently on its way, knowing full well what my location was! I think someone at the store just messed up and didn't want to own up to it. I asked the man about how I should go about getting my money back and he HUNG UP ON ME. We never got our pizza that night. I had to call my credit card company to stop the transaction. The rude worker can go F himself, and if I could give this dominoes negative stars, I would. I will never order from this...

Three stars may be a bit much. Use to order twice a month at best. Now Im guesting weather to order at all!. Keeping track , my total ,for the very same thing every time I order , equals something different every time, I keep track. Lately my orders have been wrong. And I'm not very fond of this all of a sudden, you need a credit card if your order is over $40 or you have to pick I up. Little Ceasars failed for less, and I'd rather get from them because they were cheaper and way less hassle and tasted good enough. Best of luck to yall ordering from here. Just to top it off, being an ex assistant manager of a Dominos you don't shut off or ignore the phones because your just a lil busy. I can still bust out a fully loaded pie in under 20 seconds and thanks to Dominos I'll have that experience. Nowadays days that's what you and most food service people do, get a tad busy and panic shutting off phones or ignoring things. We still here and we still hungry, get used to it doing ya job right or remaking it till it's done. And if your a person not willing to do so, just don't be in food service anymore. But time people start taking some pride in their jobs in said area. Stop hiring just any body that needs a job and hire those who wanna work and wanna do the very job they signed up for. Where I work I do my job to a T. I make sure shelves are stalked and food is prepared to satisfy your needs . I take pride in my work and do so everyday . Just clean it up...

I don't know why this location has such a high rating because they don't deserve it. The last few times I have ordered from here, I received pizzas that had to be remade for various reasons. They give you the wrong pizza, they forget toppings, they seem to pick and choose what parts of your order they want to follow, they are just plain sloppy.. and when you bring their lack of quality to their attention to have it fixed, they act like you're the one inconveniencing them when they need to remake a pizza.

I once received a pizza that wasn't even cut lol. I've attached a picture of two pizzas I ordered that were supposed to be pepperoni pizzas, but you wouldn't know that because these boneheads must have forgot to put the cheese on before the pepperonis, so they just threw the cheese on top and figured "eh, good enough". These were the last pizzas I'll ever order from this location. I'm tired of driving out here only to have to sit and wait for them to fix a mistake when I pick up my food. If it were a once in a while thing.. fine. But they have consistently dropped the ball multiple times in a row now, and...
