I placed a mobile order on a Saturday morning to grab a quick breakfast...the app had me choose between drive-thru or in-store, I chose in-store. I get there to pick up my order and they had a note saying the lobby is closed that day...then it shouldn't have been an option, I would've gone somewhere else. They had about a 20minute wait on their drive-thru and I wasnt waiting that long or I'd be late for work. I called them and explained the situation, they asked for my name and they said they were just going to refund my money...it is now Monday afternoon and I still haven't received it. I've tried calling multiple times on different days and it seems like they have blocked my number because all it does is ring. They also might want to consider reconfiguring their parking lot because when they have a line going to the drive-thru, there is no way to get out of the parking lot. People are blocking the exits.
Update: I have added stars only because of McKenzie...she is an asset to that store/company. She was very pleasant and professional from when I spoke with her on the phone and when I met her at the store to process my refund. She explained what happened and did what she had to do....
Read moreAnother terrible service here. I'm not sure what it is with the impatience with the people at Dunkin' Donuts these days. I can understand it's hard to serve someone that doesnt know exactly what they want. But it should be a opportunity to explain available options for the customer, an opportunity to make them a reoccurring customer. Instead they blow you off like you're bothering them. How dare me ask questions or not know which doughnut I want for the kids. Just a horrible experience. Then the girl in the photo here started talking to the guy behind me Instead of completing my order. She even scoffed when I asked her to change one of the doughnuts she added without me asking for it. I give them 2 stars and not 1 because I didnt just walk away. She provided a service (although a horrifying one) and the kids wanted the doughnuts. I suggest training staff on basic customer service should help. But I guess they dont care. We'll see in a month when I revisit. I will be heading somewhere else...
Read moreMy husband was just at the above location getting a dozen donuts. He said there was a woman in there asking for water for her car. She said she had 3 special needs children in her car and it was overheating. She told the associate that she had the containers for the water. The girl at the counter turned around to ask another associate and was told that there would be a charge. The lady proceeded to tell her that she was a DoorDasher and did not work today because of her car so she didn’t have the money for the water. I find this to be absolutely absurd!! This is what is wrong with our country. What happened to being kind? My husband told her that we have a disabled son and he gave her a $20 bill and told her that he hoped that would help her. This lady was not asking for a drink or food, she was asking for water for her car for which she had the needed...
