Read moreThe service was good and prompt when I dropped off my package it was 3pm. Was helped right away, however, I was told my package would be sent out in the morning and I call in the morning to get the tracking number. When I called I find my package was still there and was not going out until 3pm??? WOW. I lost a whole day, when I should have went to the post office before it closed to have my package sent out. the say day or this morning for sure. Now by losing a day on delivery I have to make restitution to a client for their item getting to them late. If I had been told the correct information at the time of service I wouldn't have left the mail there or change the date of delivery given to my client. Shame on me for going 3rd party. Should have taken the 5 min drive to the USPO. Now its going to cost. SMH. Won't happen in the future. #Disappointing...
Read moreThe staff here needs uniforms or name tags or something. You can't tell the customers from the employees. How friendly or helpful the service you receive depends on the associate helping you. There's some that care about what they're doing and some that are downright lazy and cut corners. I've even walked in there when the woman with the long hair who's the manager I believe was yelling at one of the employees about embarrassing her in front of a customer because the employee corrected her when she gave a wrong answer to the customer.
This is mostly a Fedex place and I could go on forever about the attitudes of the FedEx drivers I've encountered on my trips here when they were doing their pickups at their random pickup times but that's more of a FEDEX issue.
I just don't know why anyone would want to print here when there's Staples...
