My first and only experience with this particular McDonalds was unpleasant. The employee that helped me was decent. The only thing I would say about her is she seemed frustrated with my questions, however she gave me the information I wanted to know. I asked her for a sauce and she told me I had to pay an extra 25 cents. I paid her first and asked after paying her the 25 cents what I would have to get in order to receive a sauce for free. She told me McNuggets and I said oh okay so at this location they charge otherwise and she stepped back and said well they are all suppose to charge. I said thank you, I understand, that is all I need to know she leaves to get my sauce. A little after, one of the managers puts her arm out the window and with her fingers, pounds on the window with a sign that basically reads the sauce policy and says IF ANYBODY GIVES YOU A PROBLEM SHOW THEM THIS SIGN!!! Repeatedly (I let her continue for about 15 seconds) I stopped her and told her I was asking and if there was a problem. She said oh no! I like to play around with her sometimes and she is always forgetting this. I didn’t get my food yet and I let it go. As the manager leaves, I hear her say to her employee, why didn’t you tell me that was her?!? A little later, the same employee gives me my food and says here you go, without another word. I call back to speak to a manager and it’s the manager I spoke to at the window. I asked if she had a higher up. She said yes and while we were on the phone I told her I was uncomfortable and that what she said, as a manager, was unprofessional in my presence. She expressed she takes all feedback in and we hung up. What I can say about this place is they don’t value customer questions or how they come across (professionally). Even if I wasn’t the person, I believe I would of still been uncomfortable. If McDonald’s would like my help in recovering the time stamp and collecting the footage and audio, I would be more than happy to be of help, if this is something you would like to investigate. (Respond back if so) Be careful of this McDonald’s. They...
Read moreArrived at this location and it was only 2 cars, another car at 1 speaker and me at the other. Since I know places are short staffed and unable to answer both speakers I patiently waited, no problem. I waited about 5-10 mins(I'm not exaggerating) for the other car to finish their order, seem like they were having issues as well, but anyway the other car finally finishes and moves forward, so I wait to be greeted after about 10 mins I say say hello, no response until a min later telling me to hold for a min...still no problem. Finally after a few mins he greets and takes my order, I pull up to pay receipt says 9:33pm then I move forward to next window, I receive my beverage and then asked by Alex to move to next window just waiting on fish, still no problem...I sit there for a while watching plenty of cars being served. It's now 9:55pm so I back up to the 2nd window and ask about my order the young lady ask me my order and tries to hurry to make it as I believe they forgot my order and that I was sitting at the 3rd window. I asked to speak with a manager and while the young lady was getting the manager, I checked my order and realize it's wrong and missing items, at this point I decide to go in and speak to a manager...to my surprise Alex is the manager. I explain that I have been there for about an hr for a drive-thru order and he seems a little irritated and starts giving excuses...No apologies, no type of remorse, nothing. I explained I understand being short staff and all the other excuses he gave but an hour for a drive-thru order is a bit excessive and then the lack of customer service from him as a manager was unacceptable. It's a simple we made a mistake we apologize and that would have been the end of it but instead I got excuse after excuse...
Just FYI...I am a restaurant owner myself and understand the struggles of lack of staff and other hiccups throughout the day but if your customer service is great many folks will over look most issues... but even at a dine in restaurant an hour to recieve your food...
Read moreI used to really like coming to McDonald's because it was the 1st place I come to on my way to work. This place used to be really nice workers were really nice one lady at the Drive-through knew me knew my order was very nice. But for the last 2 years this place has become the worst McDonald's ever. I come here 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast lunch or dinner because I work swing shift so I'm in-and-out at different times during the day. There is a 90% probability they will screw up my order or leave out items when I've only ordered 3 items. I'm getting so tired of buying items paying for items and them never being in my bag. But I guess it's my own fault because I don't check my bag before I go because I assume people who work there have a sense of confidence to do theirjob half right. I put a good review about 3 years ago saying how great this place and I'm half tempted to delete it because this place is horrible. The workers are horrible. And I hate the classified all of them into one group but Unless I order 2 or less items they will mess it up. As bad as the one is a little further South on the other side of the highway I'm gonna have to start going there and seeing whether or not I can at least get my order right. And the worst part is They weren't busy I was the only one in the drive-through and it took them 7 minutes to ask for my order and I had to yell into the microphone, pull up and the ladies texting on her phone at the pay window and then the server at the food window throws my stuff out like I'm...
