I've always had a pleasant time here and never had any issues until today. I walked in just after 2 to have a cigar and drink with my wife... there were two people working and they told me she would not be ready until 4p, they open at 12p ... I also asked if they had a cigar I've bought there a few times and the guy said they don't carry it, then tried to back pedal when I told him I've purchased it there and at the Portsmouth location... just a bummer since I've spent a lot of money on cigars and have been there a lot... I couldn't find a manager's contact info, otherwise I would have reached...

Been here a few times with no issues when we had male bartenders. The last time we had a female bartender and she was horrible! She charged almost $200 for 2 drinks that we never asked for (something that expensive obviously.) Took completely advantage and thought she was funny… Sadly we will never be back because of her.
