I had a 1925 Hamilton Pocket Watch serviced by ED. The watch wasn’t keeping accurate time. Thinking of someone to repair this was not an easy decision. I know it takes a very skilled individual to clean and lubricate these time pieces. I was treated so nice when I arrived with my watch at the store, like an old friend! My watch that was not keeping time was returned to me in better condition than it was dropped off for sure. After getting the watch back I paid attention to the time like Ed asked. After a negative experience at a different jeweler, I was hesitant to bring my engagement ring in for repair. I was browsing with a friend one day when the owner came over, found out I was looking to replace my ring because I was told it couldn't be fixed, and encouraged me to bring it in for him to look at. Had Ed and Nancy custom create a necklace from a sapphire charm on a bracelet I was gifted. The designer did not offer the piece on a chain. Price was very appropriate. Took about 2 weeks or so and the result was amazing. The vision I had for the necklace was exactly what I was envisioning and they even restrung the bracelet.
