I was more then glad with the food in this place that I decided to hire them to cater my daughter's sweet 16 they took advantage of me. Did not provide the food I had paid for and the service they gave my guest was terrible. I was so embarrassed I had paid for 6 waitress they only had 1 person to service the entire event. Many of my guest were served Lomo Saltado without fries. They also served the meal with no bread. My nephew and I had to go to the back and grab drinks to place on the tables because no one was doing so. I paid this man over 4,000 dollars to cater my event and he took advantage of me. Small but wonderful restaurant! I took my sister here for lunch for her birthday. The staff was so friendly and we were seated right away (masked) since this was an early lunch. I wish I remembered the name of the dish and I don't see it on-line but it was a white fish with a yellow cream sauce with shrimp served with white rice. It was absolutely delicious!!! And while you wait they serve you warm toasted bread with a green sauce that comes from a squeeze bottle. I don't know what it was called either but it was a little spicy and I loved it so much that I asked if they sell it - they do! I bought some to take home to add to my planned taco dinner. I am so glad my sister introduced me to this place....

This place is really so-so. We have another Peruvian place we like, that has 3 locations in South Bay and maybe we were spoiled by it, but they set the bar high. The food is almost the same quality, but the portions are smaller and the prices are not. The other places gives a cilantro chicken soup with every meal, this one doesn't. This one has the green cilantro sauce which the other does but also an orange/pink sauce that the other doesn't. I like both. So quality about the same, value (portion to price) not so much.
