Starbucks — Restaurant in Downey

While in the drivethru I was given my drink and when i went to put it in my console it spilled all over me which burned my legs due to the lid not being on correctly..All the gentleman at the drive thru window said was are you ok. I pulled to the side and immediately jumped out due to my legs hurting from the hot drink. I went to my trunk to get rags to start cleaning up the mess in my car when i looked up at the walkup window through the window they were trying to offer me napkins. No one came out to check on me or anything. I went to throw my trash away and ordered another drink which i thought they would have just given me since the lid was not on properly but no i had to pay for it again. I will not be coming to this location again. I do hope and pray that they do not do this to...

I was sadly disappointed today with the service and drinks we got today. The establishment was not too busy, so I wouldn’t say they were overwhelmed trying to get all the orders done. All of my cold drinks were filled with half a cup of ice, so when I removed the ice I had very little to drink. This had never happened in any of the Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered a vanilla bean frap, it was was almost all milk. It had very little vanilla in it and it was watered down. I tried calling the store several times and no one answered. They're very fast and nice at this location. The drive-thru line of cars can get long, and because of where it's located you can end up getting stuck without a way through for a few minutes. For instance, if you're trying to get back onto Imperial and the drive-thru line is blocking the driveway or if you're trying to back out of one of the parking spots and the line of cars isn't moving. And then, of course, you have the cars trying to come in from Imperial. It can get very cramped with cars, but other than...
