This is a never go back experience. It was early dinner time and no one was there, one other table. Now we know why.

We were told there was complementary margaritas, this sounded strange but we said okay. Once served we wish we had passed, it was sugar in a glass. Horrible. We knew we couldn’t drink it as it was a headache waiting to happen.

My husband made it clear he had a Gluten allergy and asked about enchiladas and the sauce and the server said the sauce didn’t have flour. He ordered. I ordered tacos.

When the food came, he had a burrito. Which is made with flour. We called the server over and pointed out the issue and she apologized and took it back and he said can I get the enchiladas, and she said she would fix it, and then after a few minutes came back to say we wood be charged for both. What? I said, no, he can’t eat the Burrito, he has an allergy, then they said they would empty the contents and make a bowl out of it. Apparently they don’t get that an allergy means you can’t come into contact with the offending item. But again; they wanted to charge for both dishes. My husband said then just stop making the enchiladas and bring me the bowl then.

This all seemed to be a huge problem. My issue is the server knew from the top he was GF, why would you even serve a Burrito to a person that just told you they can’t have flour?

Their “salsa” and chips, was a pico de gallo, not salsa and the chips weren’t fresh, very stale.

My tacos were okay. The star was the Tinga. The rest seemed like not high quality ingredients.

We knew the moment the whole “problem” happened bringing the wrong item and then not wanting to correct it that we were never coming back.

This place is...

I drive by this place to and from work everyday, and I finally decided to stop in. I love Mexican food, so my hopes for finding authentic tacos was high. Unfortunately, I was mildly disappointed by my meal. I ordered barbacoa, marinated chicken, and grilled chicken tacos on flour tortillas. I had high hopes for the barbacoa seeing as how it’s very flavorful. However, the grilled chicken and barbacoa tasted rather bland and greasy, even with some lime juice added on. The only flavorful one was the marinated chicken which was perfectly seasoned with a comfortable yet zesty heat. The tacos became rather drenched with the juice of its contents, which proved to be a rather messy result. Nonetheless, I was able to consume my meal. Despite all of this, I enjoyed dining in and the homey atmosphere of the restaurant. I think from now on I will stick to just the marinated chicken tacos. When I come back next time I’ll definitely try something else on the menu, as it’s sure to be...

I went for a solo dinner today and the 1st thing I noticed when walking in was the decor very colorful but tastefully done in my opinion, I sat myself close to the window at a table and the waitress come over shortly, she was very pleasant and attentive, I ordered loaded nachos with al pastor toppings and you can add more toppings but I just stuck with that it was absolutely delicious the nachos were obviously made there and all the toppings evenly spread over and smelled and tasted amazing, I ended with churros and ice cream which was equally delicious and hit the sweet tooth spot 10/10 expirence for me and I would definitely head back...

Everything I bought here was delicious... Simple but still delicious. I'm happy Hola Taco was closed today making me decide on this little hidden gem. I'll definitely be back again. The shop is in desperate need of TLC and the staff gave us decent service but they don't seem to really want to be there. We always enjoy the food, sometimes more than others but I've never disliked my dessert or their horchata drink. I love that they give free margaritas if you eat in the the restaurant. They're weak margaritas but they're free so hey🤷 beggars can't be choosers.
