Dunkin' — Restaurant in Doylestown Township

Honestly If I could give this place no stars I would. I have never been to a worse Dunkin‘ Donuts my whole life where the workers give you whatever they want and are extreme rude. I went through the drive through and ordered a sweet tea and an everything beagle with veggie cream cheese. The lady gives me my tea and I taste it and it’s not sweetened so I say “I asked for a sweet tea and she starts arguing with me about it even after she repeated my whole order back to me say that I only said “tea” lie again. I leave and start driving to work and open my beagle and it’s not at all what I asked for so I drove back and got a new one she was so mad but I was laughing because she obviously has had no experience in customer service before. I came into the store this afternoon and was waiting about 15-20 minutes while 2 gentleman that worked there were only helping drive thru customers. It seemed they were arguing about mistakes with orders. Though there was a language barrier. I then spoke up and said I've been waiting almost 20 minutes here. Can one of you help me? The one threw up his hands as to say oh well then replied I'm too busy with an attitude. I said so neither one of you can help and he said, no, I"m busy. Horrible place. It’s racist and the coffee and service is as bitter and watered down as the people working there. If I could give this place less than one star, they’d set the bar in the hell. The donuts were stale and they have a 15% success rate at getting your order right. I can’t imagine what happens in the back if the food turns out so wrong even my dog could make it look and taste better. The place smelled like a sewage pipe from the 1950’s and after experiencing all this I finally realize why my friends told me nobody goes here.
