The place is looks nice from the outside and I’m sure inside too since they built new. So I’m here to share my experience tonite purchased from Drive thru window. Ordered Big Mac medium size with meal & quartered pound medium size meal with NO CHEESE, add lettuce and tomato (order no.81 & KS# 15). Got charged for add shredded lettuce 30cents and 3 sliced tomato 40cents which is we’re ok with the charges. Pick up the food on the last window, before the foods ready we checked our receipt (wish I can attached in here to show it) it written both meal opposite.. Big Mac no cheese and quartered pound with cheese, lettuce and tomato. So when we received the bags we checked and told the the young men that the order is seems wrong based on our receipt. So we open the box and yes was wrong. So gave it back let them fix it and young lady came with our fixed order. On our way out from the drive thru I checked again and I found out my quartered pound with no cheese but with lettuce and onions (I didn’t see any tomato at all). I mean they weren’t busy, in drive thru we were the first customer, how come they can’t get the order right?! Is not that difficult I just don’t get it.. and not sure who’s the manager or PIC (person in charge) that night can’t get their crew works right. Just saying and share this so they can get things better for better customer experience and more stars on their reviews (Jan 1st...
Read more(9/18/22 - 1:00pm) Mr. Frank, a couple comments. Either your process here at your D'town is broken, or the management and "crew members" (I just witnessed and left) need some serious retraining. I have never seen so much chaos behind the counter, through into the kitchen. Kiosk tickets not printing, order numbers disappearing from the queue monitors, missing tickets in the kitchen. It was mayhem for literally 30:minutes. Next comment... your drive-thru traffic lane is flawed. To "increase productivity" you added a second order point. In a perfect world there'd be ONE drive-thru lane where customers would zipper left and right to keep it moving. But no... motorists create two drive-thru lines immediately off Main Street. So now, no one can simply enter the parking lot for in store ordering or dining. You NEED to keep the right lane free. Whoever conducted the engineering on traffic and your drive-thru failed you. Interestingly, I was an employee, opening the original store here in the late 70's. NEVER have I seen this store so badly managed during a...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with my experiences at the McDonald’s in Doylestown. Every time I visit, my order is either incorrect, undercooked, or cold. I decided to give it another try today, only to receive ice-cold, undercooked hash browns for breakfast. This is a recurring issue—burgers are never hot, chicken nuggets are often undercooked, and overall, the food quality is poor. What makes it even worse is the service. The staff consistently gets orders wrong, and when you bring it to their attention, the managers respond with rudeness, eye rolls, and nasty attitudes. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they make customers feel like an inconvenience. I’ve reached the point where I’d rather drive to another McDonald’s than deal with this location’s incompetence. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth it anymore, and I won’t be coming back. Several of my neighbors feel the same way. If things improve, I might reconsider, but for now, I’m done with...
