Vitality Fit Kitchen is so much more than a meal prep service. I've used three or four different meal service companies before finding Vitality Fit Kitchen and we will not be changing again!

For starters what I love about them is they are local people, using local food, making delicious meals. Supporting them is supporting local farms, suppliers, and other businesses. This translates into high quality ingredients layered with flavor packed full of nutrition. The meals are delicious, convenient, and better than anything I could make at home as part of my own meal prep.

I also love that they come with all of their macros and calories. Whether you are training for a competition or just trying to watch your intake the label is right there for you.

The owner's are gracious, welcoming, and a joy to interact with. They go out of their way to provide updates on supply, meals, and pickup timing. They also bring in some new meals periodically that have been a huge hit in my house.

The price is fantastic, especially when comparing the quality of the ingredients to other similar services. I want to put the highest quality ingredients I can into my body, and this is a great way to do that.

I am so happy to have found Vitality Fit Kitchen! Nutrition is a high priority of mine, but I am time-poor and don’t have room in my schedule to cook healthy meals. I have tried most of the prepared meal services available online and they are mostly lacking in good nutrition and often don’t taste great either. Vitality fit kitchen has done an excellent job of making balanced meals that are fresh and tasty. They have a range of options for people with targeted fitness goals as well. I do wish there were a few more vegetarian meals, but definitely appreciate the ones they do offer are high in protein. The prices are reasonable and delivery is always on time and well-packaged. I love that they source local ingredients, and am very happy I have found a local business that provides exactly what I need. Best meal prep service of all time! They use locally sourced ingredients, including local meats, unlike other meal services! The beef is from a local farm in Perkasie. I really love all their meals, I’ve tried almost every one they offer and have been using them since mid spring. My favorites are the burger bowls and the overnight oats (38grams of protein!) All their meals are high protein low calorie perfect for loosing weight and maintaining or growing muscle. They deliver too, and the owners and operators are a super cool young couple who makes everything in house to them be delivered fresh on Monday! These guys are the best around there’s no topping vitality fresh, trust me...
