I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant.
When my group and I entered, we were not greeted by any staff. I approached Jonathan, who was packing food, to ask if we could use our coupons at the self-service machine. He informed us that someone at the register would need to assist us. Despite knowing we were using coupons, he neither offered to help nor called anyone to assist us.
There were only four people in line, but no one was being helped. One customer even left due to the wait. Jonathan proceeded to assist other customers and then walked away to fill up sauces, ignoring those of us still waiting. When I asked him who was in charge of taking orders, he refused to respond.
After finally assisting me, Jonathan left again and forgot about the three customers behind me. We had to call him back to continue taking orders. After he served the woman behind me, he left once more, leaving another guest waiting.
Eventually, a young woman came to the front and took the waiting customer’s order. Yadira Margarita then appeared and started taking orders. I explained my concerns to her, but she seemed indifferent and dismissed the issue by saying they were having system problems. However, the only apparent issue was the receipt printer — staff were still able to clock in and out using the system without issue. My order was taken with no issues.
As I left, I was shocked to hear Yadira say in Spanish — unaware that someone from my group was still inside — that she was the one who reviews the complaints and that it didn’t matter what I said. This attitude is unacceptable. Rather than focusing on friendship with certain employees, Yadira should focus on training the team properly to prevent experiences like this.
This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service standards. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the level of service at this location. No need for this when the restaurant...

We then went inside only to find an angry line of people, there were 4 employees standing in a circle just talking and all the said was the didn't have whoppers so we had to wait a few minutes. We let them know we only wanted chicken and they still did not take our order. Instead they stood in a group talking and laughing about customers complaints in spanish which we fully understood. The worse part is that one of the ones laughing and talking bad about customers had a manager name tag on. There were multiple uber/door dash drivers waiting and they asked for a contact number to speak to the owner and they refused to give it. After over 30 minutes the said they were having system issues. I have never seen such a disorganized, rude and disinterested staff in my life. I have been in retail/sales/customer service my whole life and have never seen anything so bad. I hope the owner reads this and actually cares and takes action because in the time I was there alone I saw over 10 customers, including us leave. Those employees are destroying your business. I understand things happen that are outside of control when it comes to system issues, but that is no excuse to blow off those customers that are waiting with no explanation and then talking trash and laughing because customers are upset with them. Read moreThey should call a health inspector at this Burger King it is very dirty and the employees look like they don't care about hygiene, the drive through menu is too far from the ordering speaker I never go to burger king but since I'm on vacation in Orlando I wanted to try a new fast food restaurant I never go to I obviously don't know the menu and wanted just a dessert I however could not see the menu and politely asked the man taking my order what they they have for dessert, he responded by saying it is right in front of you just order I explained to him I could not see the menu and he simply ignored me, I pulled up to the window explaining that the menue is too far from the speaker and he just did not care had an attitude with me and when I asked for the manager he apparently was the manager. Usually when someone is a new customer you want them to keep coming back in my situation I was a new customer and might have considered Berger king a new fast food restaurant but nope my instinct was right about this place I suggest everyone goes to the taco bell that's close by so far on my trip here I've been there twice and both time's by two different managers they spoke to me kindly and professionally and the service is food and the food is well made, the place also looks nice, clean, and tidy.
