Denny's Restaurant — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

I stopped by this Dennys location this morning. I was very quickly greeted. I told the hostess I was alone, so I would sit at the bar. As soon as I sat, my waitress, Jessica, approached and asked if I would like a coffee. I love Dennys coffee, so, of course, I said yes. She brought me a menu, and I chose the 55+ deal, 1 egg, bacon, hash browns and toast. When I told her I don't care for toast, and to please, leave them off, she said I could have pancakes instead! I love these pancakes! Yes!!! Cindy was another server, and they all had a wonderful camaraderie about them! Everyone was helping each other. My meal came within 5 minutes of me placing my order, and everything was hot, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. Before I left, I headed for the rest room. Back there, I found Dwight, with a mop in his hand. I went in the restroom, and it was absolutely spotless. I told Dwight, no need for you to go in there. It's spotless! We joked a bit, and as I was leaving, everyone there said goodbye! I was a hostess at Sharks restaurant in SeaWorld for a few years before covid hit. I recently had the pleasure of being served by Dayzee at Denny’s, and I cannot praise her enough for the exceptional experience she provided. From the moment I was seated, she displayed a warm, welcoming attitude that set the tone for my visit. Her professionalism, courtesy, and genuine friendliness truly stood out.

Dayzee’s attention to detail was remarkable. She ensured every aspect of my dining experience was perfect, from offering personalized recommendations to promptly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her guests, going above and beyond to make everyone feel valued and comfortable.

Not only was Dayzee incredibly attentive, but she also managed to maintain a cheerful demeanor throughout, even during busy moments. Her dedication to excellent service made my visit memorable and enjoyable.

Denny’s is fortunate to have someone as passionate and capable as Dayzee on their team. I look forward to returning, knowing I’ll be in great hands. Thank you, Dayzee, for your outstanding service!

Ask for DAVID when you go!!! He is so great at his job and is kind to his guest!!! I personally think this man needs a raise. His kindness makes the atmosphere even better.

We stopped here after the hairshow for some lunch and he rang us out at the end. He asked what we planned on doing for the day and where we are from. He joked around said we brought the rain with us LOL he also told us a lot of things about Gatorland and some other places in Orlando.

The next morning we stopped there for breakfast before we headed to the airport. Surprisingly he remembered us and was our server that morning. He was so good at making sure our food came out right away since we had a flight to catch.

The atmosphere is great and food is really good! The restaurant and bathrooms are also very clean!!! If you plan to go to Ihop around the corner, DON'T because its a disappointment!!! Go to Denny's!! The Ihop isn't clean, staff isn't friendly, it's so tiny and crowded there and the...
