Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

Walking into this location of Dunkin donuts, I was a bit was flustered, starving, emotional to make matters worse I also had to use the bathroom. This location is rather spacious and has a lot of comfortable seating. I was instantly greeted with a smile which seemed to me all my woes better. I asked for the bathroom key freshened up and went to order my go-to being newly pregnant water. The wonderful blond lady with glasses knew once told her my frustrations. I sat in the back ate my food and the quiet calm atmosphere seemed to be the cure to my ever spinning emotions.

If I could give zero stars ⭐️, I would. This was the worst Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 my grandad and I have ever been to. The first time we were here, my grandad asked for less ice 🧊 in his drink. When he got his drink, it was loaded with ice 🧊. My grandad asked to have some of the ice 🧊 taken out, and when the customer is always right, the cashier argued with my grandad saying that there was less ice 🧊 when there wasn’t. Thinking 🤔 we’d give this place a second chance, we went back another day. The same Hispanic woman tended us, and when we got our coffee and refresher, they were real low in sugar. It’s not a coincidence that immigrants are being deported to their countries. We’ll never come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts...

Bad experience ever!! The service so bad!! Like they donwant to work at all!!! Sneezing in front of me and didn't wash his hand and took my munchkins with the same hand. He didn't know what frozen coffee mocha was and after finished my order just left me and cursed about customer in front of me and sat down and made me wait for 10 minutes until the other girl decided to make my orders. I paid $11.04 for this experience. I threw away my munchkins away!!!! 2 people working there, 1 guy and 1 girl. I love dunkin but I always having bad experiences everytime I came. I don't think I will go to dunkin again especially this in good neighborhood at Dr. Phillips area and next...
