I love this place! The facility is always very clean, the front desk team is extremely pleasant and professional, and the therapists are fantastic. I've used several over the years. In particular, Petr has been providing excellent focused therapy for a very painful shoulder problem.
I saw some other comments about the staff not being helpful or having a bad attitude. I'm really surprised by this. I've been a member for several years and have NEVER seen a bad attitude. The staff has always been helpful, kind, and professional.
Update as of March 2023: I've had excellent experiences with these therapists recently: Katie, Alex and Mergery.
Update as of July 2023: I've just had a wonderful massage from new therapist Rodney. He knew my history, focused on my problem areas, and applied just the right amount of pressure. He did great upper back work.
Update as of November 2023: The front desk team and the therapists are always friendly, professional, and excellent. I've had many great massages with this service during the decade plus that I've been a member.
Brandon was particularly great with a particular arm problem I'm experiencing. He was awesome.

Brandon continues to amaze me with his ability to dig deeply into my problem areas and relieve my pain. He does a wonderful job. As always, the staff is courteous and professional. The facility is sparkling clean and quiet. Kudos to the team!

Read moreI truly believed this membership would be a great investment in my well-being—until it became the opposite. Life got busy, and I wasn’t able to schedule massages as often, which led me to accumulate 8 unused sessions that I had already paid for month after month. When I chose to cancel, I was stunned to learn I had only 60 days to use them, or they would simply vanish. This is not only unreasonable but feels like a calculated policy designed to profit from customers’ busy schedules rather than honor the services already paid for. If I had purchased a gift card, it would never expire—so why should prepaid massages be treated differently?
Now, $520 of my hard-earned money has disappeared, and that is beyond frustrating. Policies like this erode trust and loyalty instead of building it. Had I been able to use those massages, therapists would have benefited from gratuities, and I might have continued as a customer or purchased additional services or gift cards. Instead, Massage Envy chose short-term gain over long-term relationships.
I was always a respectful guest, consistently leaving $20 tips and supporting the staff with kindness. But this experience has left me with a sour taste that no amount of relaxation could fix. I will never return to Massage Envy and will actively discourage friends, family, and colleagues from supporting a company that treats loyal customers this way. Read moreSooooo, I think I am in love. From the staff, the management, as well as the impeccable service. Had a slight hiccup cutting my first visit yesterday short, but the manager I forgot her name (Isabella?) quickly responded and kept me updated in real time and to top it off she included my first session complementary. I am a sucker for superb customer service.
Then, I get one of the best and deepest massages I have probably ever had courtesy of Libia. She took my serratus anterior, infraspinatus, trap, & etc. tension knots to moon 🚀!! I looked and carried myself different just from the first 30 min session. (Truly felt like an hour). She actually knows what she is doing. The really deep massages are not for the weakhearted, but I am familiar to the "pain" associated with soo much scar tissue buildup from my past.
I had an hour session today and you could visually see the difference in my back! I haven't seen it like that in years!
I look forward to building myself back up and I am completely sold on Libia and this location. Joined the membership program today and look forward to being back on my next appointment. Te Amo, Libia! See you all...
