A Must-Visit in Orlando â The Worldâs Largest McDonaldâs!
Our visit to the worldâs largest McDonaldâs in Orlando was truly an incredible experience! My daughter discovered this location during her cheer competition, and we decided to wake up two hours early just to check it outâand it was so worth it!
Even though it was a bit crowded, we arrived early enough to enjoy the atmosphere before the crowd built up. They were just starting to make pizzas, and watching that process was one of the coolest things Iâve ever seen at a McDonaldâs! Here are the biggest differences I noticed between this location and a regular McDonaldâs:
Food Options: The variety is next-level. Not only do they serve everything youâd expect from McDonaldâs, but they also have options like brick-oven pizza and waffles! Yes, you read that rightâpizza! The open kitchen concept was fantastic. You could actually sit and watch them knead the dough and fire the pizza in the oven. It felt more like a unique restaurant experience than a fast-food stop. Ice Cream Delight: My daughter joked that you never have to worry about the ice cream machine being down here because they serve scoops of delicious frozen ice creamâalmost like their own little Baskin Robbins inside McDonaldâs. Contactless Ordering: Everything is ordered through these large digital screens where you can browse the menu with pictures and customize your order. While it was super convenient, it did take me a bit longer since I wasnât familiar with where everything was. I also missed the interaction with the staff, but itâs part of the modern experience. Epic Play Area: The playpen at this McDonaldâs is on a whole different levelâliterally! Itâs four stories high with massive slides and a super spacious layout. Thereâs even an arcade! Walking up to the third floor, I kept thinking, it just keeps going and going. The kids had an absolute blast, and honestly, I felt like a kid again myself!
If youâre visiting Orlando, this McDonaldâs is a must-see. Itâs worth the drive to experience something totally different, take pictures, and compare it to your local McDonaldâs. The building still features the familiar golden arches and McDonaldâs vibe, but the food options and the sheer scale make it stand out.
I canât wait to go back and try more, especially the pizza (Iâm curious about the pizza box now!). Overall, it was such a fun experience for our familyâdefinitely worth the early wake-up call!

Read moreIt's the world's largest McDonald's. Take this as you will- it may be the world's largest, but at the end of the day, it is still a McDonald's. I'm not the kind of person to write negative reviews at all, so the fact that I am is saying something.
Pros: New menu items- Pizza & Pasta, both customizable. Cakes and ice cream, and the cake was great. Interior is also very nice, huge play place & arcade. That's about it.
Food: McDonald's. The Pizza was okay (McDonald's quality pizza.)the McDonald's was, well, McDonald's, but the cheesecake & peanut butter explosion cake were great. Seriously recommend the cake.
When we went, we ordered and our food came back wrong (someone grabbed the wrong burger, easy mistake. No issue there!) and it was fixed immediately. After eating, I decided I wanted another slice of cake. I go downstairs, order a singular slice of cake, and wait. Ten minutes pass and my number hasn't been called. I see them throw away the bag with my order # on it and know something is up, and another few minutes later someone calls and says they're out of the cake I ordered, and asks if I'd like a refund. I say yes, and after another five to seven minutes of waiting at the register a manager comes over and starts to give me a refund. She offers ice cream instead and she'd refund the difference, which I did. Should have taken the refund. She tells me to stand in a specific spot next to the ice cream counter and says an employee would be over in a moment to make it. Twenty five minutes pass and nothing- we ended up having to get the manager's attention, and aftet another five minutes, I got my ice cream. It was okay. I had only wanted it if i got it immediately, it was not worth the wait. I had already paid and was on the verge of passing out, so i /still ended up paying full price/ for the ice cream I essentially waited an hour for. Yes, they were busy, and I understand that. Believe me, I do! But twenty five minutes for something that genuinely took all of 45 seconds to make was ridiculous. I'm disabled and cannot stand for prolonged periods of time without getting extremely ill, and this easily sent me into a bad episode. I didnt want to sit on the floor because it didnt feel safe, and there were no chairs nearby for me to grab, so I stood where I was told, worried leaving or sitting on the floor would cause me to be forgotten about. It turns out I didn't have to worry about that, because I was forgotten...
Read moreMy expectations were too high...what a huge let down this place was. We are from Ohio and came down to Cocoa Beach for vacation then planned to travel to different towns for a couple days. My son has been looking forward to visiting this McDonald's. We've seen so many YouTube videos about it. It was super freaking crowded and busy. We had to wait 10 minutes to order at the kiosk. The menu on the app wouldn't even show that they had their speciality items. So we had no choice but the kiosk. I thought the pasta was a little expensive, $13.29. Pizza was priced okay $9 and some odd cents. A slice of cake was $5.99 which is a bit expensive to me plus they were out of the PB chocolate one but we tried the chocolate and cheesecake. It took us 10 minutes to find a decent place to sit and over 20 minutes to get our food. It arrived warmish, not hot. The pizza and pasta (we got ravioli with Alfredo sauce) were actually pretty damn good. I was quite surprised. The chocolate cake was fresh and moist which was unexpected. The cheesecake was really good as well but wish there was an option for a topping like strawberries and whipped cream. You couldn't add extra cheese to the pizza either. I noticed there were some options you just couldn't do compared to regular McDonald's. We got a small fry and it was fresh and perfectly salted. We did not try the chicken or burgers. We can get that anywhere. Just wanted the speciality items. I so badly wanted a happy meal to hopefully get a squishmallow I didn't have but they were sold out. I was so bummed. The arcade is a parent's nightmare and a rip off. The games are next to impossible to win and worth 8-12 credits, maybe a few a little less than 8 credits. And everything has a very short timer. I wasted 16 credits trying to wait for the perfect opportunity to select the prize I wanted....when i didn't realize there was a timer. The employee working there seemed like he hated his job so much. I saw a grandpa buy a $100 card for his grandkids. Trust me, it was a waste of money. I just bought a $25 card and when the credits were gone, that was it cause I'm not rich. My son had 193 credits which got him..........a small sparkly rubber alien. It's worth a freaking $1 from dollar tree. This place is too hyped up. Come for the speciality...
