The worst checkers in America! I used to love this place but my experience last night was the worst ever! I called corporate to let them know how horrible this was. I went through the drive through as normal and everything was great. I was missing a burger according to my receipt and the picture on the menu. My friend went inside first. He came back out and said the manager claimed he made the bag himself and was sure he didn't owe us a burger. I then went inside and the manager approached me immediately and raised his voice saying, "I already told your friend I didn't owe you another burger and I'm not telling you too. Now you need to leave." I was like, "you didn't even give me an opportunity to speak and you're immediately raising your voice? That's extremely unprofessional and unlike any 'manager' I've come across in any industry." He then proceeded to threaten me and told me he was calling the police. I told him go ahead and call the cops. I'm not doing anything wrong. All I wanted was to get the burger I paid for. I'm very displeased with the level of service and disrespect this location gave me. I now have to go through the painfully long process of getting my money back for the experience from my card carrier. Came here in the middle of the afternoon during the week. Ordered through the app and waited inside to pick it up. I waited for almost 20 minutes and there was no update on my order. After waiting close to 40 minutes, I communicated with the girl at the register about my order. She brought it out a couple minutes later but my cheesecake sundae and my sweet tea still had to be made. She was the only one up front so obviously she was slammed but it was really frustrating because she was constantly going back and forth between taking orders and completing my order. She finally made my sundae but then forgot to give me my drink. I started eating my food outside waiting for the line to go down so I could get my sweet tea. My food was so cold and seemed stale. The chicken bites were barely even edible. Even though the burger was cold, I stilI enjoyed it, as well as the cheesecake sundae. I got back in line and had to wait for another 15 minutes just to get my sweet tea but the sweet tea wasn't made in house and tasted like Brisk, so that was really disappointing. I went thru the drive thru n tried to order 2 of the 5 for $5 deal. The employee on the speaker rudely told me its 5 for $6 at that location. I told her i just seen it advertised for 5 for $5, but she got rude again n told me not here. I said okok. N just ordered 2 of the $6 deals along with 2 cheesecake sundaes...i went to the window n got my order n looked in the back n thought wow everything is very tiny portions. But figured thats why it was so cheap. I went home n was very upset with everything except the apple pies. Everything was cold, old n nasty n very little food. I was very upset, even the cheesecake sundaes which we used to love were the worst!!!! Didnt taste anycheesecake at all. It tasted like very cheap ice cream that just tasted more like ice! Both of us wasted most all the food. Except for the pies! If they cant do better than that then they all need to find other jobs!!! How hard is it to serve fresh food. Never go back to this location again. Its obvious they dont care about...
