First of all, the customer service from the manager is terrible (not the first time). Going in to pick up my order, I was not welcoming by making me wait for something he was doing. As it is not the first time, I try not to give it importance. When he finally answered me he indicated that the Italian Herbs and Chesse that we ordered was not available, ok I answered him. After this I ask him if they were available for breakfast and he tells me that the store opens at 10:00 am (time that any restaurant considers brunch or lunch), I answer: -What a shame since I enter at 9:00 am and it would be fantastic come and order breakfast with you. He answers: - You will NEVER see that. (Super inappropriate response to a client). I pick up my food and when I get to work I realize that my food for which I paid an extra meat for a footlong, came simple and that my partner's, which was steak, gave her turkey. And I wonder, how difficult can it be to make an order that is even written on paper? The worst of all is that I could not go back to the store to claim my money since it was in my lunch time. We ordered through the mobile app thinking no problem safer that way since they turn you away sometimes because they are only taking orders through the app and not in person. We go to pick up the order and was informed that they had no meatballs, fine. I asked to sub it for another sandwich, they would not accommodate and said I couldn't have a more expensive sandwich however I said I'd paid the difference but then they said that wasn't possible either ? They told me I had to cancel and reorder. The two older woman who were working Thursday 5/19/2022 at 2:35pm literally had the worst customer service I've encountered in any subway location I've been too. Read moreI had the worst experience at a Subway I have ever had. I walked into an empty Subway. I asked for a 12" Philly sub. The female worker asked me initially, which I found odd and never experienced, "Do I want the Philly sub just how it comes (on the menu pic) or" build your own?" I hadn't actually thought about what I wanted on the sub as that usually comes after they prepare the meat. While she added the meat, I asked her if this particular sub is toasted. She told me," Yes, that's why it says that on the menu. " I thought she was joking around and I laughed along. I only asked because some subs are toasted by default and not others. Little did I know she was being intentionally rude. As she toasted my sub, I told her that I'd like to add lettuce. To my my shock, she replied, "No. You already told me that you wanted it how it comes when I asked you." I was so taken back I just said that was fine. So I left the store with my $12 "custom" sub not how I wanted it. How hard would it have been just to throw some lettuce on it?
