Did not care for one of the team members‘ attitude. I had a special order, and she rolled her eyes at me and was literally talking about me rudely in front of me. So when I called her out for the inconvenience of my order and asked for a refund, she was sent to the back. Literally all I asked for were crispy fries for my kid, and I went up when there was me and one other person in line and she made it seem like I was asking the world and she had no time for it. She even rolled her eyes at me. I did speak to a supervisor and did get my food, and everyone else who worked there are saints. But one bad apple can ruin it. Went here Monday the 19th 2020. Bought 2 steak churrasco( or chimichurri) with rice and beans. Absolutely no taste/flavor in the food at all. The steak was tender with a bit of flavor(churrrasco) but no salt/seasoning. All food tasted like nothing, just plain! My wife said same thing. For the kids I had the chicken tender with the waffle fries. Fries were ice cold and i do no know about the tenders. We ate the steak because we were hungry otherwise everything ended in the garbage. The kids didn't touch the fries or tenders. Very disappointed..... For the price and amount of food it is almost reasonable but for the taste absolutely zero! How you gonna serve cold fries for the kids?...

Lol so Sea world has this promo of one free beer, my dad, brother and I stopped by to request it and the lady said no bc mu dad showed his temporary ID wish he gor directly from DMV. They refused to hand him the SMALL beer. We ended up leaving bc they didn't explain why they wouldn't take a valid temporary ID from FL. Here comes a lot of people from all around the world. But they not taking an ID from FL. How ridiculous is that. And on top of that, we bought right next the beers and they took the ID. Definitely the worst experience besides having a long line waiting and only 2 people that had the worst customer service ever. Never...
