🤮🤮🤮Probably the worst service you can get. It's a nice place but while we got the Airbnb condo (a lot cheaper - I would recommend), à water leak was happening in the bathroom one floor below us. The manager of the hotel was rude to us and never apologized for the inconveniences. I emailed the office for a complaint and for compensation and never got an answer. If I were you, I'd find another hotel ASAP. The hotel in front gets great reviews and I hear the staff is really nice (not like this place, rude people...)
Someone banged at our door on the second night around 11h30pm while our baby was sleeping. He woke him up to ask us if there was a leak in the bathroom. I answered no because I was there 2 min before and he went on to check anyway. When he saw there was nothing he left.
The next day, around 11 am, he came back with his 2 colleagues and started changing the toilet (no problem with that, it's normal). It took them over an hour and they woke my kid while he was napping but I figured they needed to do it.
On the third day, I got interrupted by the owner around 1pm, saying that there was men working in the condo because of a leak. I told her to wait there until I arrived. I was with my wife and son at Disney and had to go back at the condo because of that. The guys came in the appartment with all my belongings saying that they had to do so because there was an emergency leaking : they told me that if I opened the bath, it would leak then leave a note on my door!!!! the people could have stolen our stuff and who would have been responsible?? the owner of the hotel told me that she would never employ someone who would steal..... So you have a radar for who is a burglar.... Then go deliver it to the police, it would help them! (btw just read the other reviews about stolen goods. We miss over a hundred dollars in our stuff since then)
When I arrived, I started packing our stuff with the baby with me. My wife stayed at Disney for the time I packed. A man came knocking on my door and I told him to let us be while I was packing. That what he did before was a broken entry because, by law, there was no emergency that permitted them to enter the condo I had rented for the week. He was mad and called the manager of the hotel. I told him the next time I will call the police and have him arrested.
While I was away to pick up my wife, they burst in my place... Again! I packed my stuff and went to see the manager. She told me there was an emergency. I told her that if I'm not there, the bath won't open the water by itself.... Then she could have left a note on the door. Therefore there was no emergency....
She was rude to me and never once apologized for the inconveniences she put us through. She told me to go see the Airbnb owner. I told her that the hotel was responsible since it was not in my appartment that the leak occurred. I asked her for compensation and the only thing she could bare to give us was a pizza.
I emailed the hotel to ask for a free night and they never dared...

I am a youth pastor. I brought students to a conference at SeaWorld. They were staying at a different hotel with the group. We booked this room on Hotwire for $68. I was not expecting luxury or anything more than a typical $68 room might offer. Here is what I found:
Check-in: The staff was courteous and helpful. They answered all of my questions with ease. I left the desk understanding all of the charges, where my room was, how to get breakfast, the wi-fi connection, etc.
The Room: This looks like a community of apartment buildings. The natural setting around the buildings is beautiful. The buildings themselves are just... average buildings with external entrances to the rooms. When I walked in the room, I was surprised at the space I had for $68. A kitchen with a stove, microwave, full fridge, sink, etc. I had a living room with a dining area, Sleeper sofa, chairs, tv, etc. Sink/wash-up area separate from the toilet/shower area, and of course a separate bedroom. I even had a balcony. Pretty cool. TRUTH: The furniture is a bit dated... not a big deal for me because it was clean. The bed was not cushy and pillow soft but again not a big issue for me. The place was clean, smelled good and was safe. I spent 3.5 days in here and enjoyed the whole time.
Location: I wasn't here for the parks but I am excited to have found a place that is literally right down the street from SeaWorld and Aquatica. I ran each morning and it was cool to have my runs go right around SeaWorld. For $69 to be 1 mile from SeaWorld and 7 miles from Disney... not bad
Shuttle: I did not use the shuttle but I saw it. Some people say that it only comes once in the morning and once at night. That may be true but there is definitely a bus system that stops right at the end of the drive. Check on this if a shuttle is essential to your stay.
Breakfast: This is always something I like to know about before-hand. With the number of people at this place, the breakfast area is HUGE. You MUST carry the sleeve your room cards came in to enter breakfast. It is your breakfast and pool pass. While the counters of food are huge, the selection is not. Hard boiled eggs, sausage links, fruit, donuts, oatmeal, bagels, and yogurt. What they do have is good, its just not a lot of variety. The waffles and pancakes are the frozen toastable kind.
Would I bring my family here: Yes. Without question. It isn't super fancy but I would rather spend my money on fun with the fam than a place that we crash each night. This place gets high praise from me.

While the HOA attorney eventually confirmed in writing that self-management is allowed, no one could explain how it actually works. Basic questions—like how a third-party manager could access the unit for cleanings or after-hours guest check-ins—were never clearly answered. The attorney’s response was professional but vague, affirming our rights without addressing the logistics.
Our concerns began when we visited to submit the HOA application. Instead of simply accepting it, the General Manager encouraged us to sign up for one of the property’s rental programs—though optional, it was strongly pushed. This prompted further questions about how self-management would function in reality.
All communication went through the seller’s agent, who was told not to contact the HOA board’s main representative. That lack of openness didn’t inspire confidence.
We discovered inconsistencies in access policies. Guests using the on-site rental program can check in at any time, but self-managed owners must coordinate access through the office during business hours—no clear solution for after-hours arrivals. Smart locks and permanent key access are discouraged, even though we found no formal rule prohibiting them.
We also learned about a new one-year rental program, introduced because the original five-year commitment made units harder to sell. Buyers inheriting those contracts had limited flexibility, which the new option appeared to acknowledge.
Most concerning was the lack of any process for issuing access credentials to third-party managers. Despite raising the question multiple times, no answer was ever provided—reinforcing the impression that self-management isn’t truly supported, even if technically allowed.
We made every effort to follow the process professionally and reasonably. In return, we encountered a lack of clarity, uneven treatment, and a system clearly built to favor the in-house rental program.
Self-management may be an option on paper, but in practice, it’s a challenge. If you're considering a unit at Parc Corniche and plan to manage it yourself, ask very specific questions—and try to get...
