I came back a week later; the food was delicious and the service was friendly, so I'm increasing my rating. (They forgot to give me utensils again, though.😖) Sill, I'm leaving the previous review intact as a reminder that, as with any restaurant, maintaining good service and top-notch food preparation are EXTREMELY important. You let them slip -- even for a moment -- and disasters can happen. [Previous review] I've come here maybe a dozen times so far; a couple visits have been great, most have been really good, but today's visit was kind of a bust. I bit into a big wad of fat...then noticed it wasn't the only one. I spent a few minutes picking out the inedible stuff, one of which I took a picture of. Gross, man. Also, whoever packed my bag for the drive-through forgot utensils. Also, I'm not sure what people mean by "friendly service;" the guy taking orders at the drive through muttered and made it sound like he didn't want to be there. (I could practically see him doing the air-quotes gesture around the You're Welcome he said after I thanked him. Sounding sarcastic at a drive-through isn't a good look, yo.) At the pick-up window, I kinda got stared at awkwardly by some girl while she held out the bag of food for me to take, although she said something after I'd taken it. Friendly? Or...

Read moreAfter 4 out 5 visits I finally decided to leave a review to this Draper location. First off let me say I really enjoy mo bettah and eat at the sandy location often. The Draper location has a serious issue with with how the food is cooked in the evening. The chicken is way over cooked, dry and burnt (not charred). The steak is also over cooked, very dry and hard to chew. The Mac salad and rice are fine my issue is mostly with the grill items. It feels like who ever is cooking really does not care at all and is just going about their day. Even though this location is much closer to my home I will not be coming back...
