I’ve have ordered online twice for carry out about two hours later. Both times, they have “lost” my order. The second time I spoke about it politely to the manager who listened, shrugged his shoulders, said nothing, and turned his back on me and went on working. I said, “ As manager, I would think you would want to try to fix things that are not working right.” He said nothing and I left.
Two months later. One more time.. they lost my carry-out order. No Mr. Owner, it hasn’t been fixed. I arrived 20 minutes after the ready time and was told at the carry out windowthat they were “getting right on it.” Twenty minutes later, every car that was in the drive thru had come and gone, and still no order. I started knocking on the window and again askeing “Where is my order?” They shut the window with no response, and five minutes later, still no order. I knocked louder this time and everyone was ignoring it, so I kept knocking.
Finally a manager came over and I told him I had enough with the terrible service here and wanted a refund. He told me he would do it later in the back. I said No, I want it done now since they apparently can’t find or remember things. He then proceeded to look around, and there it was… my order that had been sitting aside somewhere (?) for some time. He said, “Here you go,” handing me a cold burger and fries. I told him to forget it and insisted on the refund. I then left to go eat elsewhere. The worst continuous repeat of poor service I’ve seen. Apparently, if you order carry-out here, you will have to block the drive-thru lane until it’s done.
Post Script. Five days later, I had to reject the charge for the food, as apparently the Manager did not...

When I ordered today I was waiting for my order when employee had at least 4 bags of food passing it in and out of different cars in front of me. When he handed my my bag of food I explained I did not feel comfortable about food that he had already given to 3 or for other cars to let them look in bag to see if it was theirs. He then tried to tell me no one touched my food. At the window the girl said she would re cook my order she then gave me a a bag of food with cold burgers and fries. This should be interesting to the health department at the time CVID is on the rise. I took home the burgers and fries because I was getting no help at the window and threw them away. Your prices have gone up so until now it did not bother me to pay more for good quality burgers but no more. I don’t like people that lie and say the things that were obviously lies. I also do not want to worry about health issues...
