What a phenomenal team at Nick the Greek in Dublin at the Persimmon Plaza!

I have to give a huge shout-out to Manny, Edwin, and Misael (the cook)—you all truly set the gold standard for quick-service dining. It's the little things that elevate the experience, and this team has attention to detail down to a science. I never have to worry about the essentials; they always ensure I have cutlery and napkins, a small but important detail that so many places miss. I also notice the fridge is consistently stocked with an abundance of extra sauces and condiments, which is incredibly thoughtful and convenient.

Beyond the perfect order, the store itself is always spotlessly maintained and clean. It's clear they take pride in their work environment.

But the real magic is the customer service. No matter how slammed the restaurant is, they always take the time to pause, make eye contact, and genuinely ask how I'm doing. That level of warmth and engagement is rare. When I walk in and see Manny, Edwin, and Misael, I know I'm going to be well taken care of. I can honestly say I never need to double-check my order—it's always perfect.

There’s no substitute for fresh food! This 5 stars review is beyond the fresh deliciously seasoned balanced food. Clara and Zora are one the best employees the owner could ask for. They’re efficient, caring, great communication with the team, fast service. There were 20 tickets and more coming from the online order machine and they managed to provide great customer service, wipe the tables, deliver the bags, cashier duties, oh my what a team! I got a lot of food and for a rush hour the chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. Fries are fresh and go so well with the mustard sauce. Salad on the side screams fresh! She gave me chimichurri to try and I loved it❤️ Bravo to the cooks as well who got perfectly cooked chicken skewers! How proud this owner must be to stand out for the great experience he provided to us by hiring this great team. Change a little from the Mexican food that is always skimpy on the protein. Delicious. It was too long of a wait #45. Luckily "Yotha" stepped in to help the crew. It was pure madness, an older male that seemed to be the manager stood by glaring at the crew and at one point he walksd up hollered at them. but not once stepped in to help or to apologize to customers . Yotha (a she) took the initiative and calmed everything down, helped staff and had great customer service. I'm not sure her title.

We waited an hour for our order. Another customer said she was already waiting 90 minutes by time I got up to counter. And her irder was incorrect when they called her #38 .The cook and staff were very stressed out and hurrying but tags etc were a mess. Like I said luckily the woman jumped in to help staff and to apologise to us waiting. (MAKE...
