I just left chipotles restaurant at 5240 in Dublin Ca it’s inside of a outdoor mall across from Pacific catch there’s a D M, by the name of Louise I compliment one of his employees by the name Jet to him by telling him I did a review on Google and I was asking was jet in today I let the DM by the name of Louise know how very well jet made my salad bowl and my husbands burrito and another meals that he made for me Louisa said that jet was not in today and that he was one of the persons in management made a awesome meal and I want to complement him. I told him I do reviews for Google. He said good what can I do for you? I told him I want a salad bowl.. once again, his energy was negative. Even when I ask, was jJet at work that day I don’t know. Jet …I just wanted to complement him. and then he began to make my bowl and it was very low in portion and I said can you give me more and he said oh you wanna double portion I said no I said the last time I came in the reason why I’m complimenting your employees because it was such a great job on the portion that he gave me Louisa, said I need to talk to him about that I said you need to talk to him about satisfying a customer? . and giving them a nice portion.? he said yeah, I got to tell him about giving portions like that I said, are you serious I wrote a review for him. He did an excellent job. Where do they find these negative people from to manage their company?
. I will never dine at this facility ever again I want to give you heads up on this person’s mannerism. He should be ashamed of himself. When I told him I didn’t want the bow he just added a tiny bit more of chicken and I told him I don’t want the bowl …It was his energy .. Negative Louisa is a poor excuse for a DM to talk to a consumer such as myself like I don’t matter it was so humiliating Those who work in customer service need to understand that people work hard for thier money and to go out is a Treat now days because of inflation I did this review in my car that’s how humiliated I was he disregarded me and said oh OK and said next to the next consumer, with a Smerk on his face and a partial laugh. this is totally unacceptable and I take my reviews, very serious and personal. He has asked the team to cut back on the portion size drastically for this location. SO BEWARE! Suggest you take your money and go somewhere else.
Jan 8: I visited this location today and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I ordered a bowl and noticed that the portion of meat being served was unacceptably small—far less than what is standard. When I politely mentioned it to the staff, he seemed indifferent and made no effort to adjust the serving. Instead, I was told that adding a reasonable amount of meat would incur an extra charge.
This interaction stood out because it seemed like a new employee was handling my order. My previous experiences with the rest of the staff at this location have always been much better—friendly, professional, and accommodating. Unfortunately, this time was a stark contrast, and it’s clear that consistency in training or quality control might be lacking.
At Chipotle’s price point, I expect fair portions and good service, but this experience fell short on both counts. Being told to pay extra just to get what should be a standard serving was both frustrating and insulting. After realizing that my concerns were being ignored, I decided to walk out of the restaurant and take my business elsewhere.

The lack of name tags among the staff, while possibly a corporate choice, makes it challenging to address specific service concerns. The individual assisting me, distinguished by multiple piercings (bottom lip), displayed a notably unappealing demeanor and did not respond to a simple greeting.
Throughout my order, I observed significantly reduced portion sizes, prompting me to politely request more appropriate quantities. Surprisingly, an additional spoon of beans was added, further accentuating the imbalance in the meal. Concerned about this experience, I inquired with the person at the register, identified as Jacob on the receipt. Their response, indicating that management had instructed limited portion sizes to control costs, left me disheartened.
This particular Chipotle branch seems to have a consistent history of subpar service, and the team's apparent lack of courtesy is disappointing.
