Wendy's — Restaurant in Dublin

I'm very thankful I was only here for Doordash pick up. Because if it was for myself I would have heen a nasty customer with how thet nkt nk only presented themselves. As soon as I walk in they give me an eye roll and stop there gossiping at the register and disperse. Then continue to talk trash about me n Spanish because I walked in 20 minutes before they close the inside. Guess what they didnt know that I understood everything they were saying. I will spare all the details. But it took extra long to get the order and it was wrong. How cam you mess up an order when nobody else is there and you have it correct not only on your register, my receipt, but also your monitor to make it and bag it. Like come on. No excuses for the poor customer service and professionalism obviously went out the window here I think. The only justification I had was the order wasn't for myself so it didnt really bother me to much to wait for the countless mishaps and mistakes they were making, and when I left I told them in spanish that if they felt like the inside was closed already they should have locked the door and put a sign up saying there closed inside early for whatever reason they wanted to and that it's pretty bad that there car not starting thursday (3 days ago) waa so much more important then the customer standing right in front if them waiting, listening, and watching them mess a simple order up with nothing else to disturb them. As I was walking out I said you really should be more careful what you say while your in the clock and to have a great night. Since all the trash they talked was about a customer coming in close to not closing time but walking inside the restaurant for an order to go. Sad it's the only Wendy's I know about in the area too. Other visits here have been slow, and always rude customer service except for the two guys I've ever seen working the drive thru. They are always nice and helpful sorry for the long winded story here. I just had to share my honest opinion...

Wendy’s consistently delivers a satisfying fast-food experience, and my recent visit was no exception. I ordered the classic Dave’s Single combo with fries and a Frosty, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as expected. The burger had that signature juicy beef patty with crisp lettuce, tomato, and pickles — simple but done right. The fries were golden and well-seasoned, and the small chocolate Frosty hit the spot as a sweet finish.

What really stood out this time was the speed and friendliness of service. Despite a short line during the lunch rush, the staff moved efficiently and still took time to be courteous and cheerful. The dining area was clean, and the kiosk ordering system made things easy for those who didn’t want to wait in line.

One minor drawback was that the bun was a bit too soft, slightly soggy by the time I finished the meal. Also, while Wendy’s tries to offer some healthier or more premium options, the overall menu can still feel a bit heavy and limited if you’re not in the mood for a burger.

I ordered a sandwich and nuggets with 2 small fries on the drive tru. When we got to the window they only gave us the sandwich and nuggets. So, we told Ellyn according to our receipt that we had order fries and they said the items we order had no fries, but we said we wanted the fries. So the two ladies on the drive tru just looked at us. I had to repeat myself again,I want the small fries. I told her we don't care if we have to pay just add it and we will pay. Next, they looked lost and still didn't understand. I heard them speaking Spanish so, I also told them what I need it in Spanish( the two small fries). Finally, they add it and they took my husband's card again. So we get the bag and guess what? These people only gave us one small fries. At that time we were over it. These women do not or understand my order in English or Spanish. These people are no competent to work on drive thru. They don't listen. I love Wendy's and I hate to have this...
