Arby's — Restaurant in Dubuque

Wow. Please clean the bathroom in this decade, please before it's 2020. There was an avalanche on poop in the toilet, garbage everywhere and someone blew there junk on the mirror. Perhaps Arby's could hire a bounty hunter to kill the huge population of flies that run the place. They carried off my Roast Beef sandwich. Please also clean the grease from the surfaces. I had to throw away my clothes after eating in the dining room. Is the bum in the corner an employee or a fixture? He was actually very nice, he turned his head when he puked so as not to hit me with it. I appreciate that. Is the girl who served me alive or reanimated? Just wondering, her eyes never blinked and she speaks in monotone. That's quite disconcerting. Why are all of the employee's eyes dilated? What chemicals are they forced to eat? Is this part of the employee retention program? Are the even human? Or ate we eating humans. Is that really beef. I am asking because I'm trying to digest it right now. It's not going real well. We were struggling with deciding what flavor of shake to get and we ordered of vanilla shake only to find out after we got to our table that a orange cream shake was available. So we took our completely untouched vanilla shake rigt back up to the counter and they refused to exchange it for an orange cream shake. Then when I called in to talk to corporate despite the fact that I was actually polite, not rude, no verbal abuse l, and no bad language I was hung up on. Completely unacceptable. This restaurant is not worth it. Whoever manages this restaurant needs some serious help. The associate who rang us up, named V. Jones was a real piece of work. I go down about once to twice a month and the food always comes out hot and well made.

Went down about 20 minutes ago got a couple sandwiches and then asked what I should get jalapeno poppers or mozzarella sticks and the gentleman said he really likes the jalapeno poppers so I went with it. WOW, they were Awesome! Better than I've gotten at restaurants awesome. (It's not like their going to change your life, but they did made me write this review)

This place is always on point their Gyros and Sandwiches are made to a standard.

If I had to critique: once in awhile they put a bit too much sauce on the chicken sandwiches and they are messy and not appetizing.
