Finding a Jersey Mike’s location better than that of the one located in Dubuque Iowa seemed like an impossible feat for me… Until today. Walking in for the first time I was little hesitant as I thought that there was no chance for this new location to even come close to the essence of Dubuque’s Jersey Mike’s, but that feeling was soon obliterated. Tables were all dirty. Staff were not wearing name badges. Online order was not made per ordered. Staff blatantly ignored customers picking up online orders. Stopped here with my mom to pick up food for everyone after getting into town for a visit. The manager (I presume) was very chatty and helpful in getting our order in and facilitating everything. I felt the experience was personalized and the food was well made. I got the hot honey chicken cheese steak sub which was tasty.
