The staff began to take my order at the 1st kiosk & suddenly "went away". I waited & was told to pull to the 1st kiosk. I waited longer & was asked if I'd been helped & upon explaining heard giggling & then again nothing. In a couple of minutes I placed my order. I pulled to the window to pay & was told the wrong amount. When I informed the cashier my order totaled to more, she behaved as though I annoyed her. (Music was VERY audible in the background.) She shut the window & checked the orders again & told me the correct charge. I paid her, she took my money, gave me my change. Not a word was exchanged. No thank you, no receipt. She just closed the window. I pulled ahead, waited several minutes & was offered an incorrect drink. I waited several more minutes, was given my order which included 2 Happy Meals but no milk. A different staff person brought me the milk. Again, no thank you. Upon my thanking her, she said "Have a great day" as she was closing the window. We got home...no Gogurts OR apple slices in the Happy Meals. It was after 6PM, NOT busy, only 1 car in front of me. Horrible, horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI gave it one star cuz I can't give negative stars this visit was horrible worst of many most of the time it's bad but this time took the crown the rude lady that's from the JFK store I asked if the frys were fresh she said yes(which they weren't) I went there for 3 happy meals for my 3 kids that's it it took 15 solid minutes to get the food so when i asked if the frys were fresh I asked for a free medium fry for the wait and she said no I can't really do that even tho I know they can so I said or would you rather a bad review she closed the window on me after telling me all their problems(they are understaffed) which ain't my problem well there more but rant over 79% of comments were dead on that place needs to clean house and completely start over or shut the doors for good considering 79% of your customers don't even go there any more and the other 21% are just retarded have way too much time on their hand to wait in those lines and have not...

I'm pretty sure I dropped my hat here, when I called the first time after I discovered it missing I was told I couldn't be helped because they were in the middle of a rush. Pretty sure we stayed on the phone longer than it would have taken for her to go to the window and look to see if my hat was still in the parking lot.
Called back again after the rush and got no answer for the literal 5 minutes of the phone ringing.
Went back after I was done with work and asked if anyone had seen my hat, the girl at the register looked at me like she didn't understand the concept of someone losing clothing.
I realize this is McDonald's but dang, a simple sorry at any point would have made this a lot less...
