This is a local shop and kinda old school - gotta love that! They didn’t ask for a tip which is unheard of today. It’s an easy grab and go spot. Customer service was great which is also unheard of these days. They make their own bread which is soft and good!! BUT if you get a saucy Sammy like the meatball the bread gets soggy easily - I took mine home to air fry and it great. The veggies are canned veggies or so it appears - not a bad thing just something to note if you’re looking for “fresh” this option is better than pizza but not as fresh as Convivium . The meat seems to be all deli cut but meatballs are solid. Overall decent place. We got a cyclone and meatball 9 inch for $24. Oh..they don’t have a toaster - only a microwave. Just another...

Service was slow. Staff member making the sandwiches was apathetic and skipped over areas of ingredients, so she ended up wrapping the sandwich before we were even done asking for veggies on our order. Got no Mayo or Ranch despite asking for them. Sandwiches were ok but haphazardly thrown together, and loosely wrapped, so when we opened them, the contents were more or less spilling out the side. Been in there three times in the past 4 months. Tables are filthy every time. I usually go in right before the noon rush and all the employees are hanging out in the back room gossiping instead of cleaning. Today I had the pleasure of watching one of the ladies (after I already ordered) proceed to roll her short sleeve shirt up to past her shoulders.
