The wifey had an obsession with Bezoria one particular week and although she had it once that week she could not get it out of her head, she wanted it everyday! We decided to come to this location, new, which is unfortunately the closest to us but still quite a trek. It's so new even googly maps had no idea where it was. After circling around the huge strip mall parking lot we found it next to the ATT store. The location is big and colorful. We believe we were attended by the manager or family member who owns it, and he was very chatty, friendly, and generous with the helpings. Just look at the picture. The food was piled on so much it was a mini pyramid. The veggies were freshly grilled and the cauliflower freshly fried. The taste, flavor, texture where all five starts, and the portions without reproach. I got the steak and grilled veggies proteins, and all the sides that were included made it to the bowl. I don't know if we'll get this same treatment once they are more established (they've been open for only 3 weeks when we were there). We'll definitively be coming back here regularly. I like the food there, but man the customer service is bad. First time I went there I ordered a spicy burger for lunch. I liked it so I ordered 2 more to go and the guy says why you didn't just tell me you needed 3. I told him because 2 are to go and wanted to order close to the time I would be leaving. Today I wanted to get 2 burgers to go. I was headed there at 8pm. I know they close at 9pm. I called them on my way so they can be ready by the time I get there. I asked for 2 burgers and he said please order online, I don't have time to take phone orders. I told him it's just 2 burgers to go, but he insisted that I order online. I tried, but the payment process kept giving me error. By this time it was 8:15 and I was pulling in to the parking lot. There was not a single car or a customer in the place. I went up to the counter and said I needed 2 burgers to go. He said I am not taking any orders for burgers now because I just cleaned the grill. At that point I just walked out.

Despite being a loyal customer of this restaurant for several years, I've consistently encountered unwelcoming behavior from the old Hispanic chef. During my recent visit, I requested a combination of chicken and beef, only to be met with refusal and a condescending comment about affordability when I offered to pay extra. It's disheartening to share that my experiences at this restaurant have been consistently marred by the rude and disrespectful behavior of the chef, who appears to have a problem with black patrons. On numerous occasions, I've been met with snide remarks and unwarranted rudeness from him. It's evident that his behavior is not isolated, as other diners have also reported similar treatment. This raises serious concerns about racial bias and discrimination within the establishment. Such behavior has no place in any establishment, especially one that prides itself on hospitality. Management must take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race...
