The longstanding loyalty I've held for Capt Loui, previously Louiloui, dating back to 2015, faced a significant challenge on February 18th. Despite my consistent patronage and positive experiences, the evening unfolded with disappointment. Upon arriving at 7:15 PM, a call to inquire about wait times resulted in a host's assurance of no delay. However, upon my party's arrival, the same host declared a sudden 40-minute wait, attributing it to a purportedly inexperienced staff member. This abrupt shift in information, coupled with unprofessional behavior, contradicted the seasoned staff's presence, leaving me disheartened.
The inconsistency and lack of accountability from the host marred the restaurant's image, undermining the trust I had built over 40+ visits. The disregard for loyal customers like myself is concerning, and unless the management promptly addresses these issues and provides a satisfactory response, I find myself compelled to sever ties with Capt Loui. Furthermore, I feel obliged to actively dissuade friends and family from patronizing the restaurant, emphasizing the importance of consistent professionalism and transparent communication. The urgency of this situation cannot be overstated, as the lasting impact on the reputation of Capt Loui necessitates swift and effective...

Read moreMy wife and I have been coming to this place since 2018 with over 40 total visits. It's that good!
You have to go with their signature sauce. The Captain Loui sauce is like tasting the sweet sweat off of God's balls. Yes, you read that right.
As for sides, the lemon pepper fries is a must. It's so addictive to the point that I think they sprinkle some crack on top. I never done crack in my life, but if its this good, I'm open to experiment.
Service is awesome, never ever had a bad experience. Our servers are always friendly. I may have been emotionally tricked into thinking we're family on multiple occasions. (Shout out to Hailey, our server on the day of this review)
They have a bar for the tipsy inclined.
Alright, here's the possibly one negative aspect of this place. Don't get tricked by the name Loui, the flavor of their broil is nothing like Lousiana. I have tasted seafood broils from Lousiana and this aint it. Don't expect that from this place or else you're going to be highly disappointed.
Please Cap't Loui, have an AYCE mussels option! I will fund your entire business for the next 50 years or until I die from all the calories!
But I will die...
