My friends and I stopped by here on Saturday for karaoke and the service we received was atrocious! The karaoke room they put us in was sticky and dirty. We were yelled at for coming out of our karaoke room to ask for a beer menu and when asked, their response was "we have everything, just tell us what you want." When we were leaving and came out to ask for our check, everyone that worked there was huddled around the bar (we seemed to be the only patrons in the bar atm) and glared at us for interrupting their conversation. I didn't try their food, so I can't speak to that, but the service here is the worst I've ever had and they charge 50% more than other places around the area for karaoke. Do yourself a favor and go to Hanshin Pocha or Itaewon Class...

I'm so relieved to see so many negative reviews because I don't typically like leaving them but I think the owner and her staff are way in over there heads. I would suggest you take your time, reorganize, reprioritize, and reopen. Until then, I'm glad to see the success you deserve.
