Edit: I dropped the rating to this location because of this particular service I received recently with my mother. Food and drinks took time to get to us, waitress was a bit inattentive and probably new with how hesitant she was to react to some issues with our food. The food that night was DISAPPOINTING. I ordered soup and the steak dinner. I was extremely disappointed that there was absolutely no zuppa toscana, so I settled for the pasta fagioli. The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rare, it was almost well done, and the food wasn't that warm. My mother was craving Olive Garden that night for the oven baked shrimp rigatoni, which I've ordered several times before and tasted great. This time around, the first bite was SALTY. I'm not talking about just "oh, it's a bit on the salty side," I mean, it was like the shrimp was taken straight out of the ocean and the pasta was cooked in the sea water. My mother's appetite quickly dwindled. I brought up the issues to the waitress, whom seemed a little confused and wasn't sure how to handle the situation. She left us and went over to the manager who was at a POS, clearly comping items from another table, and then she came back stating that the manager would come and visit. We never saw the manager. My mom decided to order a completely different item and not risk it again, and I just had my food reordered, but our appetite was gone by the time the food came back out. I always seem to have an issue with the service, whether it's a delay, inattentiveness, the last time we aren't even given waters for 20 minutes, at least. I typically don't have an issue with the food, except I have experience cold soups and tepid food, however the combination of both left a very bad taste in my mouth. I love Olive Garden, but this was not a good experience at all.
Food is great. Seem to consistently have issues with the wait time and for the server to pick up the table. Nothing too serious, but enough to not warrant a 5...

My experience was so BAD it’s laughable! Olive Garden please don’t respond to this review with some BS platitude response. So many similar negative reviews from the past year. If Olive Garden was serious about improvement they would have already made changes. We ignored the reviews and that is our mistake.
Went with a party of 2 adults and 3 kids. First sat us at a table for 4. Asked to be moved to a table that would fit us. Hostess walked away to get a manager and did not come back. Left us standing in middle of the restaurant for a few minutes. Another server saw us and sat us at her table.
Ordered drinks. First wine glass had lipstick marks and was dirty asked for a new wine glass. Second glass had food chunks in it. Ordered a beer on tap. When I asked about when I would get my beer server just said we don’t have beer on tap. Why would she take my order for a beer in the 1st place. Glad I asked she would have just not said anything.
Ordered appetizers and main course. Received appetizers quickly and then a few minutes later main course was dropped off. We just started to eat our appetizers. I give them credit for speed as it was 11 minutes from time we placed the order to receiving appetizers and main course. My wife was handed her plate that happened to be very hot and she burned her hand. One meal was wrong. Drinks refilled with wrong soda. My food was just not good. For a baked ziti it was watery. Shrimp scampi was bad. Shrimp was rubbery.
We won’t be back and the best thing for this location is to close its doors and focus on to-go orders. We did speak with the manager and she agreed that our...
Read moreWent out for a cute night to enjoy some food and drinks, and the waiter was not professional, courteous, or polite. By the time we entered, there was only one hostess that tried to help us… the other two were just giggling and laughing. It was like he was trying to rush us through our order, barely checked on us after he dropped off our entrees, and acted like every time we asked for something, we were bothering him. And the only time that we did ask for something, we could not find him because he did not check on us as often as he could. We had to flag down another waiter, just for help, and waited over 10 minutes just for someone to come and help us. THAT waiter acted like it was a problem that we even asked for help. And it was not in a rude or nasty way, we had already been waiting for 10 minutes and were getting passed up by other OG staff.
What are we paying for??? Busy predicament I can understand. But no communication? Seriously? Olive Garden food quality will be kind of the same everywhere you go, but when you manage a business like this: you would think explaining this terrible situation to a manager would be worth resolving but the manager just said, “I’m sorry about that and I will talk to him about it.” As she put her head down and said that, I truly don’t believe that she tried to solve the problem either. We spent our money and it was not appreciated! We will...
