The food was phenomenal. I absolutely loved it and it was cooked to perfection. Chicken was tender and flavorful and the arepa was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The taquenos were also cooked to perfection and just the right temperature. However, that is the ONLY saving grace. The service was terrible and the server was super shady. We asked for water and he brought us sams club bottled water. I mention this because sams club charges 25 cents for their water bottles. This restaurant charged 2 dollars per bottle. We didn't ask for bottled water. We expected cups of water free of charge. When we asked why he's charging us for water, he said that he could have brought us the free cups of water, but he decided to bring us the upcharged bottles out of "respect" to us. The menu also doesn't have prices. They wouldn't tell us what the costs were up front. They kept saying we had to order and then they would tell us how much everything costs. I've never heard of a restaurant doing that. When it came time to pay, the QR code to pay didn't work. The server had to pull out his own phone and charge us with apple pay just to get the payment. I recommend take out and not bothering...
Read more1/11/2024…We just came back from this restaurant,, the place hace potential, since the food is good, However, they need to work on few details … they are serving the food cold, we got the 2 cheese, 1 chicken and 1 with pernil cachapas and all were cold, we got a hamburger and was cold , like freezing cold same with the fries, the rest of the food was ok, they need to improve the service, it took almost 25 minutes to get a waiter to get to our table, almost 45 minutes to get the food ( and like I said was cold) we ordered appetizers and they came after the food was served, we had to ask several time for our drinks and silverware , and after we got the food the waiter NEVER came back to ask us if we needed something else, they didn’t offer dessert or if we needed another drink, if all these details get fixed I can see potential on this restaurant, until then I don’t think...
Read moreLet’s start off by saying that the arepas not bad. But they’re not worth it. It took an hour for us to get our food, I’m currently typing this an hour and 15 minutes into being here, and I haven’t received my cup of water yet. The place is pretty cramped, so not too comfortable to be in. The waiters have been nice enough, but the one that we got didn’t speak English at all, so I was kind of uncomfortable for those that only spoke English to order. On top of that, the menu didn’t have prices, so we don’t even know how much we’re gonna be paying for this. If I find a way to edit this post, then I will comment on that.
