Third time here and it wasn’t 3rd times the charm….
The first time around we got a milk tea hotpot to share with others and it was pretty good except looks nothing like what has been posted. The fruits were cut teeny tiny, and toppings don’t go over the brim like what has been posted.
Second time around I got a strawberry citrus tea and besides the bitterness from the orange peel I throughly enjoyed it.
Most recent time we got a tropical tea and a prattle with boba. The tropical tea was so bad it literally tasted like a syrup passion fruit green tea……… It’s supposed to be a “super fruit tea with mango, strawberry, blueberry, orange, watermelon and kiwi” reading the description again, I was robbed. I didn’t get mango, watermelon OR kiwi! They gave me lemon and lime slices instead….. Regardless fruits or not, it literally didn’t taste like any fruit besides passion fruit syrup. You can see from my picture that my drink CLEARLY lacked the fruits and the whole lime slice that’s not even suppose to go in the drink.
The prattle my husband said it was good but the boba was tasteless. No honey, no brown sugar. Just boiled boba….
You would think because they just opened (it was like 12:07 or something) they wouldn’t run out of stuff and everything would be fresh but that wasn’t the case.
Super disappointed in both items. What tea did they even make me….. I went home, added my own green tea and chopped up some strawberries to go in there because I was not throwing money...
Read moreFirst time at this bubble tea house! It's very spacious, lots of seating with tables available, a variety of teas on the menu to choose from. They have 3 vending game machines at the back! For a dollar, you can try your luck!
Coming back to the teas.. we ordered pink sunset with strawberry boba, Woodage drink with aloe vera boba.
Pink sunset includes fermented rice, which I think had a very different taste, can't explain the taste, but the drink looked beautiful. Woodage is a mix of grapefruit and lemon, I think. It was on the sour side, and we asked for 25% sweet. Drinks were refreshing, but I would like to try their Milk Teas next time! They had something called ice cream hot pot and milk hot pot, which looked interesting, but it's good to order when you come with a group. We sat down and enjoyed our drinks and also tried our luck with the game machines. And Yasss, we did win a soft toy :-) Will try the different location...
Read moreThey have so many delicious teas and snacks, 5/5 ⭐️.
However, there is a bell notification that rings loudly multiple times every time that someone orders, interrupting the music. At first we thought it was the music phone’s text notification going off, but then connected it with the orders.
Additionally, every time an order is ready, an automated voice loudly notifies the cafe over the speaker.
I’ve been here with two different groups, and both times the loud bells and announcements were brought up as reason enough to not return for a dine-in visit.
However, a to-go order is definitely worth it, as the teas and snacks are amazing. They have great boba drinks...
