Burlington — Local services in Duluth

You ever seen one of those zombie or apocalypse movies and the person has to go to the supermarket for supplies but humanity is gone and the shelves are empty and they have to find anything to survive... So that's how Burlington feels... Just the energy it gives off ..

But let me tell you I spent more money here than I have ever spent in a store since pre COVID. The prices are amazing. The selection cannot be beat especially for children's clothing.

In order to get the good prices u may have to do a ninja warrior through the isles. Cause the place was a hot mess. And like a zombie flick it was an absolute disaster. There are some empty areas and things are sloppy and misplaced. But for example- shoes are with shoes. The sizes aren't right but they are shoes so that's technically organization in a sense. That's how everything is. It's an organized mess. I think this place just needs some time and more staff. They seemed under staffed.

There was one employee trying to keep the place together. You could tell doing her best but it was too much for her. Bless her - protect her at all costs and give her a raise.

I will be returning- do give this place a chance. The candle selection wasn't as presumptuous as the ones at Marshalls. So many items for a vanity desk area for women. The Christmas decor was nice it did not feel generic or basic. The art work section was beautiful. I wanted so many things. The prices were good and there were designer items priced super low.

Go here early and have fun laugh at the mess and leave with something good. Don't take it too seriously. It's not dillards or saks. You will be happy that you went. Zombie...

I traveled from Texas to visit a friend down here in Georgia and stopped by this Burlington store. My friend had worked at a Burlington in Texas, and was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of this store. He mentioned how neat the front and register areas looked, and how surprised he was to see not a lot of item's,hangers,and etc piled up on carts. As we explored the store, we found the purses, shoes, baby section, to be spotless and well-organized. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of home department props to a black hair girl we believe was working on it.men's and baby's clothing sections looked spotless also props to the two black women working on it.While there were some misplaced items, it wasn't very noticeable. The cashiers were efficient and friendly, making the wait in line go by quickly.The male curly hair cashier was very fast and sweet ringing people while helping his co workers and cleaning items etc.Only downside we noticed was the disorganization in the jewelry section, with empty spaces and missing tags. Definitely the worst service 0/10 I’m a manager for a big retail store as well so I know what we expect of our associates when it comes to customer service as I approach register no one said next, So I took it upon myself to walk up because the light was on the Managera skin slim built male with hair braided into ponytail, stood there with another associate by the name of Pennilayne Laughed and joked as we sat there in front of them, waiting to get acknowledged the female walked away to another associate as we stood there, without acknowledging us, I purchased a canvas and realized that it was scratched and broken. I informed the manager he told me that the artist made it like that. I was very insulted as he insulted my intelligence I disregarded everything he said and paid for my items. Before walking out, he took the receipt out my hand and tried to give them selves with their own review I asked what was he doing? he informed me that he needed my receipt for audit purposes to make sure she’s doing her job will which was a bull crap I asked him to show me the screen, because I seen him making his own review.
