Hepzibah's Sweet Shoppe — Restaurant in Duluth

Used to be awesome! Was so looking forward to picking up some sweets while waiting for takeout from Taste of Saigon. Entered store and there were three people in an obvious line by the candy counter waiting to be helped. I patiently waited while the clerk helped the individual and couple in front of me. In the meantime the store began to fill up with people selecting product and going directly to the register (I wanted items from behind the counter). She completed checking out the three people in front of me and asked who was next. I raised my hand, she looked at me and proceeded to check out the people who had lined up at the register. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited again to be next. Again, "who's next"...I wave...and she proceeds to check out the next person in line at the register. When I purchase from local businesses I love hearing about how they were started, what inspired the owner, family history that contributes to the shop. I innocently asked where the chocolates were made and the lady working the counter said I can't tell you because the owner doesn't want anyone to know. She reassured me it was from a high quality dessert place. That turns me off from supporting this place. I suspect they buy Abdallah chocolates and resell them at a much higher cost.
