Subway on west Superior street has really stepped up there service. Especially the employees!! 10 out of 5 stars for the customer service! Zay and Laura, I give you a shout out. Excellent service, excellent sandwiches, and very clean store. Grade A! 06-06-2025. NEW REVIEW:: TODAY I TRIED THE $5 DORITO NACHOS. Man, let me tell you, these are worth every penny you're paying. I promise. I can't even finish that!! I'm stuffed. "CHRIS", was the employee that assisted me today. And yet again, he was super kind. Just like the last few employees I've encountered. I just want to say, this place really has changed for the better. AND THESE NACHOS;; yummy 😋, they are mouth watering delicious! I chose steak over chicken. And it comes with onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, cheese, cheese sauce, and Chipotle sauce too!! Oh so good 👍 👌.

I will not be visiting this Subway ever again. I went in for a late dinner and it was a horrible experience and I left with a sandwich that wasn't even edible. When my sandwich was being wrapped up I was told "you might need a fork" as vegetables were falling off it. I would not recommend this Subway.

I will not be visiting this Subway ever again. I went in for a late dinner and it was a horrible experience and I left with a sandwich that wasn't even edible. Normally I've had okay experiences, but today the lady working showed poor customer service. She had me repeating details of what I wanted rather than actively listening. I dealt with it, but then I asked which sandwich was which and she told me if I wanted to know or have them labeled, I should have asked her. It felt very rude that she was blaming me. That's no way to treat a customer. The guy at the register saw this and tried to help her remember, but saw I was disappointed and didn't correct her. Whoever the manager is, please train your employees to label things and be courteous if there is a...

I bought a 12 pack of cookies and i asked the bigger guy if i could get them fresh and I'm okay with the wait. He said no rudely. I go there everyday almost and spend money and then today I went over there at 8 45 and he said he was already closed the same big guy even though I go there every day and spend MY MONEY there.
