Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Duluth

I'd give it no stars but I had to give some rating. The young female working the register was RUDE with no idea how to do her job. Took us almost 20 min to get pizzas that were already made. While we waited another pleasant lady came in and was given the pizza we had already been waiting for for free and a 3 pizzas she had picked up..Out of the hot and ready oven. Our exact words were.. Jason.. What do you have in the hot and ready oven.. she told us 4 kinds of pizza.. 2 of which were a stuffed crust pepperoni and a sausage .. Jason said I'll take the stuff crust and the sausage.. I said with some crazy bread..again there were plenty. Paid for them and waited.. I generally wouldn't care but the only reason I even went there was to get cheap, quick pizzas.. We received neither.. And the girl at the register was actually RUDE.. 😲😲😲 Rolled her eyes at me and was lost. Had no idea what was going on. There was us and one other person at a time. So not like she was busy. Didn't even say I'm sorry I messed up.. acted as if I was putting her out.. Needs better training and some ppl skills as well as a few...

I personally love Little Caesars Pizza but I had a really poor experience when I visited this particular location. When I first drove up about 30 minutes before closing their outside lights were all off. I tried to get help from the staff making an online order to get the $4.99 each for 2 pizzas but when I stepped outside to my car to get something with 10 minutes left before closing they immediately locked the door. I tried calling the location and one of the staff just looked at the phone and didn't pick up. My wife and I were both really hungry, we hadn't eaten all day and we had over an hour long drive back home. As someone who's worked in fast food I understand the desire to close as soon as possible but if your hours say you close at 10pm why do you turn off the outside lights 30 minutes before and lock the doors 10 minutes before? Especially right as a customer leaves to get something from his car that was parked right in front...

The staff are usually decent human beings but I can't say the same about the pink overweight balding (you get where I'm going with this right) owner, from what I hear he mistreats his employees (why do you think it's understaffed?) Not to mention he discriminates with how he treats his customers (just spend a few minutes watching, race can play a role but there's more to discrimination than just race). Last straw being I ordered a pizza and drive 5 blocks home, I open the box and the thing is cold, supposedly just came right out the oven. I called and got the owner, explained it was cold and I traveled less than 5 minutes from there to home, he says, "so what do you want me to do about it?" "I'd like to replace it with a hot pizza," He laughs sarcastically and hangs up. Maybe he should open up a convenience store so he can at least make up reasons for mistreating people.
