T-Bonz Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Duluth

Food was great!! Bartender was great to work with. Attempted to play pulltabs on 10/6. Very clear that the seller is local along with most players and we overheard a guy at the bar talking about how the seller always tell him which box is best and which to skip (mn gambling prohibits this behavior and the gambling commission could actually fine the organization that supports this conduct). Seller put up a sign she was going on break so my husband sat back down while I watched the seller continue to give pulltabs to other people, just not to him. While the seller was on break, I took photos of the charitable gambling organization that sponsors this location and a table of regulars watched and talked about what I was doing. As a former pulltab seller, I was quite disgusted with her attitude towards my husband since we weren't regulars. Insider information is a major no-no. We came in to try something new/ try t-bones again. We ordered drinks and the bartender was very nice but made my wife’s drink wrong. (Second drink but she fixed it) we also ordered food. I ordered a basket of boneless wings and my wife ordered a blue cheese burger with fries. After about an hour of waiting we asked if our food was done. They were not busy at all, maybe 10 people total. The bartender told us it would be another 5 mins because the cook was making a pizza that takes a while. (Definitely waited longer than 5 mins) Finally our food came out 20 minutes later. Our food was mediocre. The owner (I’m assuming) was sitting at the bar counting money for the day and said nothing to me. I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. The only discount we got was one vodka sprite taken off our tab. I am so disappointed, I will not be returning and I can tell you that word of mouth goes much farther than...

Okay Please Read (And i never complain)… This place was obviously short on staff and packed when i went because it was a saturday… Me and my buddy got there and sat down, we waited for around 45 min and no one even asked us for drinks. 15 minutes later i had to literally walk over to the waitress and ask her “Can we order, we’ve been here for an hour.” And she said yes. We waited another 30 minutes and she finally asked us what we wanted to drink… Took 10 minutes to bring us waters then another 30 to take our order. We both ordered and food came out in 15. But i got mine first and my buddy waited at least 10 for his and we didn’t get forks and he didn’t even get what he ordered. If i could give this place a 0 star i would for service.
