Arby's — Restaurant in Duncan

Service was slow. The woman taking our order said she was sick and not able to function very well. She said that was the reason she didn't know the answers to any of the questions we asked about the food or what was in each meal. I don't know how 6 she was but she was definitely having difficulty functioning with anything that evening and never stopped talking the entire time we waited for our order. All of it was about her illness and what had happened to her before and her allergic reactions by the time we got our food we were concerned about touching anything she had touched. Thank goodness she was not the one cooking it or we would have had to ask for money back and leave. I have never seen her there before and I will not be going back when she is the only 1 at the order desk. Despite the problems we had with her the food...

Update 6-14-24 food was good and the order was accurate. I still check before I drive away but I've updated the review and started going here again. We'll see how the do.Update 1-31-2024 Today the food was fine. Got back to work 6 miles away and found I was missing the two orders of fries. She looked in the bag and at the receipt and handed it to me out the window. Yes I should have checked. Generally they are good but there has been some turnover. If I don't pay attention in my job things can blow up etc. I would really appreciate a minimum of attention to detail and a minimal presence of mind. One of my very favorite foods is chicken wings. I know that seems odd, but my mother loved them and taught me how to eat them. So now when I see a place offer chicken wings I want to try them out. Such was the case a few days ago when I went to Arby's, solely because there was a sign that said that they had boneless chicken wings! They do. You cannot get them unless they are doused in some kind of soggy sweet slop. And then if you like they'll give you some more sauces. I wound up with chicken nuggets, never my first choice, and they were exactly as disgusting as I expected. The horsey sauce helped hide the taste or lack thereof.
