Average McDonald's. Bland service, mediocre burgers, tea that induces diabetic shock. I go to McDonald's because the McDoubles are basically 2 for $3. This McD's was slightly higher than $3. Ordered a $1 soda and was given a medium cup, I should have specified which size. The food was presented to me before I could walk away from the counter. I feel that is a bad sign when I am the only customer. One of the burgers had a stale bun, the other was overloaded with onions, and of course pickles stacked on top of one another. The patties were dry and very salty, as well as barely warm enough to melt the cheese. It was par for the course, exactly what I have come to expect from this fast food chain. I was very hungry so I didn't even bother attempting to exchange the burgers for more appetizing versions. After swallowing the last dry bite, because I failed to get my usual ketchup and mustard packets, I tested the tea. It was old and beginning to sour, but was still the sickeningly sweet syrup that many people crave. After satisfying my sweet tooth, I chose Dr. Pepper from the soda fountain. I must admit the beverage was the best part of this experience. The syrup to soda ratio was just right, and the temperature was nice and cold. Overall, it was an average experience. I have come to expect this type of experience when dining in at this restaurant chain. My suggestion would be, drive-through...
Read moreAll that matters is you get it right. Truly good people will wait just a tad longer if you make good food and accommodate their requirements. Imagine a McDonald's worth tipping? Not at this time though. Asking to pull foward when all the extra spaces are full and being handed the wrong order twice. I love McDonald's and even worked there yesterday ago (albeit in another state.) It's a good job and career option. Today's younger generation just isn't driven hard enough and want a free ride. Slow and getting ready for a truck is no reason to mess up an order (Cheese burgers don't get three breads, but are supposed to get 2 pickles = see pictures). It's not like your management didn't know a truck comes every week. But I digress. This location has recently been cleaned and upgraded. If you are traveling along the interstate and want good food, smiling faces and great prices this is the place to stop. Try the classic Big Mac Meal and grab a Latte or Hot Fudge Sundae and ask them to add Carmel. The grilled chicken snack wraps are still a favorite and available even though you won't see them on the menu. Truck, Bus & RV parking is available in the back of the parking lot. Come hungry and get here early because that stay busy....
Read moreAbsolutely do NOT get DoorDash delivery from here! Your order gets pushed to the back. Food will sit in the bag for over 20 minutes before they decide to give it to the dasher. When you try to ADVOCATE for the customer, because you don't want to deliver food that you wouldn't even eat, you get talked about by the cashier to other employees and called "that's the girl that complained earlier about some fries." You are absolutely correct, because the earlier customer you are referring to had fries sitting in her bag for over 10 minutes while waiting for a 20 piece nuggets to get cooked! Yes, I did absolutely make them change out those fries for the customer because as an employee, YOU wouldn't want fries that have been sitting for 10+ minutes on top of the 10 minutes it takes to get to the customer's house. Worst customer service and they treat delivery food orders like they do not care!!!! I even stopped eating at this location after seeing how the...
